Ordered delivery. Orange, chicken, good! beef and broccoli a huge waste of money. Seriously, entire box of beef and broccol, probably three pieces of meat and the rest was broccoli

This place is way better than the one near the Target in Aurora. Staff are actually nice and really generous with their portions. Food is fresh and delicious and the staff actually smile and appreciate your business! I'll gladly drive a few extra minutes from now on!

I ordered delivery tonight through the Panda Express app for my daughter and I. When I immediately noticed missing items (my daughters apple crisps, my rangoons and spring rolls) I thought, no biggie, I can contact and get a refund for those items. NOT! The site just errors when I click “I need help with my order” and resets the page. People online suggested to call the store. No answer multiple times. Tried to do the survey to get it across and there’s NO store number on the receipt or a survey number as it is requesting. Just a QR code which I used! Last time I ordered from this location I had the exact same issue but I was also missing my kiddos drink on top of my sides. I let it go that time. I won’t this time. And when I tasted the food just now? The Beijing beef was dry and stale as well as the rice and part of it was still FROZEN I am so disappointed. I will never suggest or order from this location again. I’m over this. 😡 Update: FINALLY got through to the store. I was transferred to who I assume is the manager. She said she cannot give me any sort of refund. She said the best she could do is have me come in to the store TOMORROW (it’s for dinner tonight, why would I come in tomorrow?!) for a replacement of those items. What the hell??!

I have only used this place for mobile order pick up and did not have any issues. My order was ready when I got there and I was able to leave right away. Perfect experience for a person who does mobile orders quite a bit.

I have never experienced better service anywhere than here to be honest! The staff were beyond kind, asked me to wait for a dish then gave me a free drink. They forgot to put my sauces in my bad and ran out in 15° weather to give it to me. Service is beyond here!!
