this girl, vonnie at the drive through doesn’t know how to be professional, she shouldn’t be working at such a high placed fast food place. i ordered my food but accidentally forgot to add a drink. once i paid for my food my boyfriend reminded me to get a drink so i kindly asked her if i could get a soda as well. she stared at me for 5 seconds and laughed at me. normally i wouldn’t care about these things because i understand where she is coming from but i just think it was blank out freaking rude. she then proceeded to say VERBATIM “sorry i wasn’t laughing at you, well actually i was but it was the fact that you had asked me for a soda after the fact of paying, i didn’t understand why you couldn’t tell me before at the speaker” and i felt flat out disrespected, she also didnt provide any utensils for my food so i had to eat the food with my fingers like a dog. absolutely ridiculous. i then asked for her name and she knew i would giver her a bad review, after that fact she then apologized but it didn’t me anything at that point.

Joaquin was *the man* for me and my family. I do drive in maybe twice a month, but today I happened to wander inside with my girlfriend and my mom around 9PM. Joaquin put together our order and also checked us out, made sure that we got exactly what we ordered and let us know about signing up for the reward program so we could take advantage of the 20% off of our meal -- which my girlfriend promptly did. We also filled out the customer survey on our receipt and got a different deal for the next time we come in (we definitely will, hopefully Joaquin "The Man" will be there again). He even noticed that while packaging the bowl for my mom that they didn't have enough Kung Pao Chicken to fill an entire bowl's worth for my mom and instead of just closing it and letting us be disappointed later when we got home, he asked my mom what else he could put in to make sure she got a full portion. I respect that kind of integrity a lot. When it came time to leave I wanted to say something like "Have a good day, man" and "Be safe out there" but what came out of my mouth was "be good, man" like a fool, and you know what Joaquin "The Man" did? He said it right back to me like it was completely normal. And you know what? I did feel good after that, too. TLDR: Joaquin = The Man.

Got my order wrong and forgot some things. I call in and they promised they would get that to me if I drove back to the restaurant, plus a free entree. When I arrive, I have to haggle and negotiate the fact they forgot my drink, and when they agree to give me that back, they say they can’t provide an entree to me for some reason. This was close to their closing time, so I know all the food just gets taken home as well. I guess our fast food workers are struggling if they need all the panda leftovers they can get. I know they have a book to write these missed orders down into as well. Please use that going forward, and treat people you did wrong better.

WOW! IM IMPRESSED!! NEVER had I had a fast food place SHAME ME FOR ORDERING FOOD!!! Context: I went through the drive through ordered my bigger plate. They worker "conveniently was out of almost everything" I was out of HOURS before close. Everything id ask for "that's gonna be a xx minute wait" after responding saying I'm okay with the wait I'm met with grunts of dissatisfaction. Maybe she had a long day, as the customer I gave her (THE EMPLOYEE) my best customer satisfaction as to hope my food wasn't to be tampered. So I order my 3 (3) cream cheese rangoons again was told that would be a 20+ minute wait, again I responded with acceptance of waiting. Which she replied "wow that's a lot of food, you eat this much" to say I was red with rage I NEVER had someone as audacious as that young lady. Truly a DEPLORABLE experience. I think this should be my sign to not have Panda E anymore as unfortunate as that is, I'd rather be put behind bars than have an experience like that again.

I ordered string bean chicken and received a bunch of string beans and two very tiny pieces of chicken smaller than a size of a quarter. I called back and spoke to the manager on duty, James. He really couldn’t do anything except asked me to drive back. I asked if he can just send me a gift card, and he said no. So unconcerned and unwilling to fix this. Wont be coming back.
