Panda Express

I would give a BIG FAT ZERO if I could. Walked into the location at 3:38 pm today. Did not get out until 4:12-ish. Waited over 1/2 hour for mushroom chicken and tofu eggplant. During the wait time, there was no communication about the tardiness of the food. When I checked in after 20 min, the girl at the register looked at me and said, "do you want to wait or change your order?" No apologies until I asked to see a manager. They sent out the guy who was cooking. Do managers also cook food? He said sorry, we need 5 more minutes. Really??!!!? EXPRESS is literally in the name of your chain! How does it take over 30 minutes to make 2 dishes? By the way...it took another 10 minutes. And then when the girl let me know it was ready, there was still no acknowledgment of their error, just a smug, "is there anything else?" Deplorable customer service. Complaint submitted. It will be interesting to see if your corporate has the same type of customer service, or if they care about how their franchises treat their customers

To be honest, probably the best Panda Express I have been to. The service is amazing. All the crew working in this location is amazing, they make sure you are having a good time. The portions are good to compared to other locations. Very impressed with this location.

Place is clean, as it should be since it just opened. No cash for some odd reason. The biggest problem was the portion size of the orange chicken bowl 80% rice and 20% orange chicken. What a Rip-off!! Spent 10 dollars and no drink. I will not be coming back.

This location does not have the beyond orange chicken unlike its Hawthorne counterpart which makes no sense. The staff does not acknowledge you even when you’re standing at the checkout counter for a good three minutes. A “we will be with you” goes a long way. I prefer to drive to the Hawthorne or Inglewood locations for better service and food which is a shame because I live in el segundo.

First off I rarely eat Chinese food so for me to write a review on this Panda Express is a waste of my time but is needed. I want to warn the people of El Segundo that this place gives you FOOD POISONING. I’m not sure how they cook the food but I got chow mein that had only 5 noodles and 95% vegetables. The Orange Chicken was fine at first but 3 hours later I was on my bed in a fetal position holding my stomach like it’s my first child. For me to cancel dinner plans and tell my girlfriend it’s because of Panda Express is disappointing. Thank you Panda Express for the terrible experience 🤢
