I don't know if it's just this location or all locations, but they no longer cut their teriyaki chicken anymore. The switch to sauce packets for teriyaki sauce a couple of years ago was also a big step down for me. Quality and service no longer seem to matter, even as prices skyrocket. If this is progress, let's go backward.

We have been to this location many times, but this visit was not pretty terrible. I ordered chicken and green beans. There were about 5 pieces of chicken and the rest very under-cooked, flavorless green beans. The container was filled almost to the rim with rice first, so very little toppings were included. The fried rice was also flavorless and had clumps of white rice in it. Another person in our party got the noodles instead of the rice. These were also under-cooked, and gummy. Even though we were there over the dinner hour the pans of food looked older and dry. In general, this was just a really awful experience, including unfriendly workers. It was bad enough to make me question whether we will return.

Service is going downhill fast. They no longer offer sweet and sour sauce evidently? And it’s ok to lock the doors 20 minutes before closing? There was 5 cars behind me still and they couldn’t make more appetizers. This place doesn’t want business I guess.

They didn’t fill up the containers all the way. Feels like I got ripped off. Food was very dry as well. At other locations I’ve had saucy, delicious entrees but not here. Rice was very sticky and clumpy.

The food is amazing and fresh every time I got it, the best orange chicken ever!
