Panda Express

Just had take-out lunch there. I am not sure if its under new management or something but the food was very poor. I ordered fired rice with mixed vegetables and chicken. The rice had no texture, and was almost liquid. There were very few vegetables and one piece of chicken. I couldn't eat it and tossed the food. I am out $11.45. Last time I will order there.

I went to buy my son take out bowl $8.10 he wanted an orange chicken small box side always like $2 we get to the counter it was $15.20 for a bowl and side I questioned it ?? sorry price increase that I should have gotten a plate it would have been cheaper ! Well I am done never again will I go there ! $5.40 for a small box of orange chicken!

I recently visited Panda Express and had an unfortunate experience with the manager, Jose. From the moment we began ordering, it was clear that he was not interested in providing a welcoming or friendly service. He seemed bothered and impatient throughout our interaction, which made the experience uncomfortable. It’s disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially from a manager who should be setting a positive example for the staff. On the bright side, I would like to commend Sam, who was the complete opposite. Sam was kind, attentive, and provided excellent service, which helped salvage the visit. It’s clear that Sam understands the importance of good customer service and made a genuine effort to ensure we had a positive experience.

Alright, I've been to quite a few of these places. Now all I can say is Great food quick service and friendly that's a given. But now I can tell you the two best ones been too and served healthy portions are the one on Guadalupe and Mc Clintoch and Chandler blvd 40th. The worst two are the one on 48th St and Broadway and the one on Indian School and 12th St. Those are the general locations give or take. Now first you look for seeing if the egg rolls or spring rolls are overcooked. If they are cautious food might be off taste. New Look or lazy cook or bad cook. That's what I have learned. And always ask for more rice and or noodles from what they dish out for you. They have plenty of it. They just throw it out if not gone by end of the day. Seen them do that. But watch the entrees it's free to ask for a sample first. So try it. Like it. Enjoy

Oh man... I would love to give 5 stars for food. But as a foodie and a lover of sort of Asian food cuisine. They need to train to recognize when to rehydrate cooked food to keep it hot and appealing. Please and thank you. 😊
