Be sure to check your order before leaving the restaurant! I picked up my lunch, a mobile order, and took it back to work and when I opened the box, only my sides were inside, not the entree. I tried to call twice from my phone and they couldn't hear me, so I tried from my office phone and they still couldn't hear me, so maybe something is wrong with the phones.

40 minutes before closing. The place was busy. The staff was tired you could see it in their faces. But all of them including the cooks kept a smile on their faces. It seemed just as fast as they cooked a dish it was being sold. lol my food was hot fresh and taste great. This staff deserve a tip Jar or a raise even both my visit was Wednesday 3/26/2025 closing shift rocks y’all are hands down The best

Placed an online order for takeout usually this place does pretty good minus the younger employees that run the register. The food is usually good and the service is usually pretty quick. The last three trips, they either gave me the wrong condiments or they were missing, the younger kids running the register I've seen texting on their phones directly in front of customers, and tonight, I got all the way home to discover I was missing one of my entrees. It was clearly printed out on my bag receipt, tried to call the store no answer, went back to the restaurant. Young guy was at the register, was not necessarily rude as he was very uninterested in helping me. When he finally spoke to me, I showed him my receipt what was missing, he made no effort to take the receipt and read it, without a word he went and got my missing entree, gave it to me and then mumbled something about "again, we're sorry about the mistake", which didn't make any sense because he never offered an apology or customer service interest in me in the first place!!! These kids are not there to provide good customer service to customers, they are there just to make a paycheck.

So the turnover rate must be pretty high here because many new faces. So my wife and I came to purchase some food and my wife wanted to taste a small sample of a new item. The employee said no sample and this change isn't a positive look for the business. So I talked to the individual in charge by the name Mike and I explained that the change up was bad PR. Our family usually wouldn't ask, but it was a new item and my wife wondered if it's a thumbs up or down and It failed. Panda Express policy failed. Yes Mike stated it was because Covid-19, but come on the staff handles many things including money that changes hands multiple times. I told Mike that this would do a disfavor with bad reviews. This review is well deserved because a consumer should be allowed to know if they would or wouldn't like an item instead of it just being forced...keeping the sample option would have been a positive. Why I didn't leave all 1 stars is because Mike did seem to try to understand stand...the item blazing burban chicken in the photo that failed went into the trash. If another company provides better service we might be more than tempted to take our business elsewhere.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. After after working my 10 hour shift I decided to go to Panda, got there at 8:31. Walked in and was highly disappointed. All that they had was scraps. I ask if they were cooking any food and the lady said "No" and just pick from what they had available. So I asked them what time they closed and they said 9. Very disappointed. Another gentleman walked in behind me as I was taking photos and heard my conversation with the staff, he shook his he and turned around and left. Do not recommend and will not return.
