About Panda Express
Panda Express, located at 7507 E 36th Ave #103 in Denver, Colorado, is a well-known Chinese fast-food chain offering both delivery and in-store dining options. Based on customer reviews, the experiences at this particular location are mixed.
In terms of service, the staff is generally described as friendly. The food has been noted to arrive hot for delivery orders and was also hot when dining in-store. The portion sizes were considered adequate by one reviewer overall, although they suggested that the amount of beef and shrimp in their respective dishes could be more generous.
However, several significant concerns were raised regarding the cleanliness and hygiene practices of the restaurant. One reviewer reported that the dining room appeared to need a thorough cleaning and observed a mop used for the floor being used on the back wall above the food preparation area, which they found appalling and unsanitary. This observation raised serious doubts about the overall cleanliness and potential for contamination. Another customer mentioned experiencing a stomach ache the day after their first order, raising questions about food safety or handling practices.
Regarding the food itself, while one reviewer found it "pretty good," another mentioned that the servings were very skimpy, with a significant portion of their to-go container filled with rice, which they considered a side dish rather than a main entree. This suggests potential inconsistencies in portioning, with a higher proportion of less expensive items like rice being used to fill orders.
There is no information provided in these reviews regarding any specific promotional offers or features unique to this location beyond the standard Panda Express menu and service model.
For local users in Singapore considering Panda Express based on this information, it is crucial to note that this specific location is in Denver, Colorado, USA. If you happen to be in that area, the reviews suggest that while the staff is friendly and the food can be hot and decent, there are significant concerns about the cleanliness of the dining area and potentially unsanitary cleaning practices that may impact food safety. Additionally, some customers have found the portion sizes of the main dishes to be skimpy relative to the amount of rice served. It would be advisable to consider these points carefully before choosing to dine at or order from this particular Panda Express location.

I have eaten here twice—once by delivery and once in store. The food was pretty good and the portion size was as well. Could use a bit more on the beef and shrimp sides. The staff was friendly. The biggest negatives are that the dining room really needed a good scrub down and should be kept clean. Also, I saw a mop for the FLOOR being used on the back wall above the food prep area. That is…🤢!!! People walk in all kinds of places including in bathrooms. That mop is being used on the same floor where their shoes are then right above your food. That’s appalling. I sure hope they didn’t use that mop in the bathroom, too. Don’t know that I’ll be going back here after seeing that. I’m almost never have stomach aches but my stomach ached the day after my first order here. I do wonder….
Food was great and actually hot! Buuuttt... the servings were very skimpy. Half of my entree slots in to-go container were filled with rice. Rice is a side not an entree! Decently clean place and kind staff
I went here because my friend said I needed to try them. I'm insulted by the portions I got. The weight of my bowl is 90% rice 10% shrimp. Its still $10 but quite frankly I feel like I got $4 worth of food. Rice costs less than 50 cents a pound and this is almost all rice. Huge bummer. Gonna stick to the scoop chinese places that actually try to balance out the portions.
Good Chinese food with reasonable prices. The service was great and the place is clean and spacious.
Casual dining experience, so glad they had plant-based option (unfortunately, just one, the orange chicken, and it's seasonal only).
