Every time I get food delivered from here there’s something wrong with it. Usually it’s something minor like I got 2 servings of chow mein instead of half rice half noodles. This time, I opened the plate and it smelled like BURNT PLASTIC. Ik it’s a foam plate, but even then, there shouldn’t be charred black stuff all over my chicken. Not to mention, every other time I’ve had it delivered, it definitely does not STINK! I ate a few pieces and spat them back out. Tasted like burnt rubber or plastic, and then the worst part was some of the chicken looked either under, or over cooked and it felt SLIMYYYYY. Like imagine eating slimy chicken. find sum else to go eat.

Got beef and broccoli but was mainly all beef… second time they don’t give meat

Have been waiting for this location to open for a while now. Was very excited to try it. We ordered take out. The food was already cold when I got my order. I suppose the initial teething issues of any business - the staff helping me was not trained and required help from 2 other members to get a simple order right. The counters are very high and we had to shout across for the staff to hear us. Food was okay.

Poor quality since opening. I recently gave it another chance but won’t again. Chicken Teriyaki was borderline raw and molded. Chow Mein Bowls contained 98% veggies and 2% noodles. Absolutely disgusting food quality overall.

I'm a frequent customer that usually goes for a meal during my lunch break, i was pretty disappointed when I arrived to see the bowls of food close to empty , I had to wait a couple minutes for the cook to get hot food out because he was sitting talking with the rest of the workers, the young man taking care of the line was the only one attending guests , everyone else was sitting down talking ,after I received my meal I went to get a drink at the drink station and I see the cook entering and exiting the restroom with his apron still on , very inresponsible, in a food handlers card , #1 rule is to not cross contaminate , the cook went Into the restroom with his apron on and exited the same way walking straight up to the kitchen,his hands still dry and he did not bother putting on gloves or anything. I think it will be the last time I visit this location.
