I went in to redeem a free kids meal award from my child’s school. We found a cockroach in the food once we got home. No accountability whatsoever. Apparently there was no manager to speak to so they handed me off to a leader from the kitchen who said he was sorry and would check the kitchen. We will never eat here again.

I stopped by this Panda Express location to grab lunch since I was in the area. It been a while since I visited the plaza this Panda Express is in because it's usually difficult to find parking. When I came today, I was able to find a spot near the front of the store since it's like a 20 min parking spot. When I walked into the place, they were not busy at all and the lady working greeted me. I went with their plate option with chow mein, orange chicken and king pao chicken. They didn't have many entrée out because they just open about an hour ago. The lady working was very nice and asked if I wanted to use my Panda Express rewards. I tries to load it in the mobile app since it's not down by phone number but I had to update the app first and then it logged me out. She told me I can put in the unique code from the receipt later. My food was okay, it's not the best and also not the worst. They didn't give that much kung pao chicken and chow mein.

I frequent this place approximately 2 times per month. I get to go 1 item bowls with half noodles and veggies. Their veggies are yummy and are real veggies. I get the teriyaki chicken ( healthy) vs go full on orange chicken (loaded with calories but delish). The bowls are a lot of food and under $10. Not bad and the food is good when I go there. Lots of variety and my 2 cents.

I visited during lunchtime, and the food was fresh and delicious, perhaps due to the timing. The staff were also very friendly. However, I noticed a tray that had an unpleasant smell, as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned or was wiped with a dirty cloth.
