About Panda Express
Panda Express, situated at 219 Daniel Webster Hwy in Nashua, New Hampshire, offers local users a convenient and quick-service option for enjoying familiar Chinese-American cuisine. As a well-known chain within the Chinese Restaurant category, Panda Express provides a fast-casual dining experience, catering to individuals and families seeking a readily available meal. Located in a busy area, it is a popular choice for those looking for a quick bite without the wait times associated with traditional sit-down restaurants.
Based on recent customer feedback, Panda Express in Nashua can experience periods of high traffic, resulting in the establishment being crowded. However, despite the crowds, the reported wait times are generally acceptable. This suggests that while the restaurant is popular, the service remains relatively efficient, allowing customers to receive their orders in a reasonable timeframe. For local users with limited time, the promise of an "ok" wait despite the crowds could be a significant factor in choosing Panda Express.
One of the featured menu items highlighted in the reviews is the new blazing beef, which has been described as "really yummy." This positive feedback indicates that Panda Express continues to innovate its menu and introduce new dishes that appeal to its customer base. For local users looking to try something new and flavorful within the familiar context of Chinese-American cuisine, the blazing beef could be an enticing option.
However, not all aspects of the dining experience received uniformly positive feedback. One reviewer noted that the portion sizes were perceived as not particularly generous, with servers being careful not to serve too much. This is a point of consideration for local users who prioritize value and quantity in their meals. It suggests that while the taste of certain dishes may be appealing, the serving sizes might be smaller compared to some other fast-casual or traditional Chinese restaurants.
Another area of concern raised by a customer was the quality of certain side dishes. Specifically, the broccoli was described as "very overcooked" and appearing "a bit old," leading the reviewer to skip it despite it being a component of their usual order. This highlights a potential inconsistency in the quality of side items, which local users who typically enjoy dishes like beef and broccoli might want to be aware of.
The environment of the Panda Express in Nashua is described by one reviewer as "coral," which likely refers to the color scheme or general aesthetic of the restaurant's interior. Another customer noted that the soda machine was "good," suggesting a satisfactory selection and functionality of beverage options. These brief comments provide a glimpse into the ambiance and available amenities of the location.
Despite some of the noted drawbacks, the same reviewer who commented on the overcooked broccoli stated that they would still return to Panda Express. This indicates that, overall, the positive aspects of the dining experience, such as the taste of certain entrees and the convenience, outweigh the negatives for some local users.
A more critical review focused on the portion size of premium entrees. One customer ordered a plate with two entrees and a side, choosing the honey walnut shrimp as one of their entrees. They were surprised to receive only four pieces of shrimp, even after seemingly paying an extra charge associated with it being a "premium" item. The reviewer expressed a willingness to pay more for a larger portion and felt that their attempt to communicate this was met with indifference. This experience raises concerns about the value proposition of premium items and the customer service in addressing portion-related inquiries.
Another significant issue raised by a customer involved a potential food safety concern. Upon reheating leftovers, the reviewer discovered a "huge walnut shell" in their food. Fortunately, they did not bite down fully and avoided potential dental injury. This incident is a serious matter and highlights the importance of thorough food preparation and quality control. Local users should be aware of this reported incident, although it is important to note that this is a single reported occurrence.
Considering the information available, Panda Express in Nashua offers a fast and convenient option for Chinese-American cuisine. The new blazing beef appears to be a受欢迎 dish, and the soda machine is noted as satisfactory. However, potential drawbacks include portion sizes that may not be considered generous, potential inconsistencies in the quality of side dishes like broccoli, and a reported incident of a large walnut shell found in leftovers. Additionally, the limited portion size of premium entrees like the honey walnut shrimp, even with a potential extra charge, may be a point of dissatisfaction for some customers.
As Panda Express is a chain restaurant, its service model is typically focused on efficiency and quick turnover. While one reviewer found the wait to be acceptable despite the crowds, another reported feeling like a burden when trying to inquire about the portion size of their meal. This suggests that the level of personalized customer interaction may be limited compared to smaller, independent restaurants.
Given the available reviews, local users considering Panda Express should weigh the convenience and the appeal of specific dishes like the blazing beef against potential drawbacks such as portion sizes, the consistency of side dish quality, and the reported food safety incident. While one reviewer indicated they would return, the experiences shared highlight areas where the restaurant could improve. As a chain, promotional offers and menu items can vary, so local users interested in specific deals or new additions are encouraged to check the Panda Express website or inquire at the Nashua location directly at (603) 888-1762 or +1 603-888-1762.
In summary, Panda Express at 219 Daniel Webster Hwy in Nashua provides a fast-casual Chinese-American dining option. While it offers popular dishes and quick service, potential customers should be aware of reported issues regarding portion sizes, side dish quality, and the isolated food safety incident. For those prioritizing speed and familiarity, Panda Express remains a convenient choice, but it is advisable to consider these factors based on individual preferences and priorities when selecting a Chinese restaurant.

Customer Reviews
The place is crowded but the wait is ok. The portions are not generous as the server is careful not to serve us too much. The new blazing beef is really yummy. We enjoy that. The broccoli is very overcooked and looked a bit old so we skipped that although beef and broccoli is our usual plate. The place is coral. The soda machine is good I will still return.
Ordered a plate. This includes two entrees and one side. If u get honey walnut shrimp for an entree. You will only get four pieces of it. Even if you pay extra for it since it’s “premium”. The entire tray was untouched for the entire wait in line. Other lady who cashed us out looked at my plate and sorta just stared. I would have payed more for more pieces. I tried to communicate but I seemed like a burden which I felt bad about. Is that normal. Four pieces of shrimp for an entree ? Just warmed up what I had left. Huge walnut shell. Thank god I didn’t bite down all the way I would have brocken a tooth.
This is the nicest Panda Express location I've been to in terms of overall cleanliness and friendly staff. Bathroom could sometimes use some more TLC though. I usually order the larger plate or a large entree. This is "fast food Americanized Chinese" so my 5 star rating reflects the context of the type of food I'm expecting to get. Both are around $12. The orange chicken is pretty standard for what it is, although the blazing bourbon variant that was available a few months ago was fantastic. I wish they would bring it back! The Beijing beef is also really good, and the honey sesame chicken. The teriyaki chicken is another good option to mix in a larger plate.
Walking into this place at around 9:10PM. They were closing up already but I had placed my order online around 9:00PM. While I was driving there, I got a notification saying my order was done. When I got there, it wasn’t done. They were making my crab rangoons. Thats fine! But then the lady came over and showed me empty crab rangoons. They were hard shells almost tortilla chip like with nothing inside. Did not offer a refund or anything. Told me they were sorry and gave me an egg roll that I can’t even eat. Just super disappointed.
Had a delicious Panda experience with my 3 kids. Walnut shrimp, noodles and spring rolls. Fresh, light and prompt professional service☆☆☆
