About Panda Express

Welcome to Panda Express, a well-known chain within the Chinese restaurant category, located at 2004 Crossing Cir in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Panda Express is recognized for offering a fast-food approach to American Chinese cuisine, providing a convenient option for individuals and families seeking quick and familiar dishes. Typically, Panda Express restaurants feature a service model where customers can select their entrees, sides, and appetizers from a visible food bar, allowing for customization of their meals for both dine-in and takeout.

Based on the limited recent customer feedback available for this specific Spring Hill location, insights into the restaurant's environment are challenging to ascertain definitively. As a fast-food chain, Panda Express generally maintains a casual and efficient setting, designed for quick service and turnover. The ambiance typically includes a brightly lit dining area with functional seating arrangements to accommodate individuals and small groups. However, without positive recent reviews describing the environment, it is difficult to provide a detailed or favorable description of the current state of the dining area at this particular branch.

The services offered by Panda Express primarily include both dine-in and takeout options. The fast-food service model allows customers to quickly receive their orders at the counter after making their selections. A phone number, (931) 486-1971 and +1 931-486-1971, is provided, suggesting that phone orders for takeout might also be accommodated. However, one of the provided reviews details an unsatisfactory experience with in-person service, where customers were left waiting without acknowledgment, and another customer was seemingly prioritized due to a personal connection with the cashier. This raises concerns about the consistency and quality of customer service at this specific location.

As a chain, Panda Express is known for its standardized menu featuring popular American Chinese dishes such as Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, and Chow Mein. A key feature of Panda Express is the ability for customers to create their own combination plates, selecting a base (like rice or noodles) and their preferred entrees. While the general menu is consistent across locations, the quality of food preparation and the presence of contaminants can vary. One concerning review reported finding a metal wire, possibly from a cleaning brush, in a chicken dish ordered through the drive-thru. The customer also mentioned difficulty in contacting the restaurant by phone to address this issue, which further compounds the negative experience.

Promotional information for Panda Express is typically managed at the corporate level and can include limited-time offers, seasonal specials, and online ordering deals through their website or mobile app. However, no specific promotions for the Spring Hill location are mentioned in the provided reviews. Customers interested in potential promotions or discounts are advised to check the official Panda Express website or app for the most up-to-date information relevant to their area.

The two recent customer reviews paint a concerning picture of the service and food safety at this particular Panda Express location in Spring Hill, TN. The first review details an instance of poor customer service where waiting customers were ignored, and preferential treatment was given to someone known by the cashier. This reflects a lack of professionalism and attentiveness to customers. The second review raises a significant food safety concern with the discovery of a metal wire in a meal, along with the inability to contact the restaurant to report the issue. These experiences highlight potential shortcomings in staff training, customer service protocols, and food handling procedures at this specific branch.

Given these negative experiences reported by recent customers, local users may want to exercise caution or consider these reviews when deciding whether to visit this Panda Express location. While Panda Express as a brand aims to provide a consistent and convenient dining experience, these reviews suggest potential issues that may impact customer satisfaction and food safety at this particular restaurant in Spring Hill, TN. It is important to note that these are just two individual experiences, but they do raise valid concerns that potential customers should be aware of.

Local users who have had positive experiences at this Panda Express location in the past may still find it to their liking. However, the recent negative feedback regarding service and food safety warrants careful consideration. If choosing to visit, customers may want to pay close attention to the quality of service received and the condition of their food. If any issues arise, it would be advisable to attempt to address them with the management present at the time and, if necessary, follow up with corporate channels as one reviewer indicated they would do.

In conclusion, while Panda Express in Spring Hill, TN, is part of a well-known fast-food chain offering American Chinese cuisine for dine-in and takeout, recent customer reviews indicate potential issues with both customer service and food safety. These reports of being ignored by staff and finding a foreign object in the food are serious concerns that prospective customers should be aware of. It is recommended that local users consider these recent experiences when making their dining choices and perhaps monitor for any improvements in service and food quality in the future.

My husband and I were craving Panda Express and have had decent experiences in the past. Today, we stood in line waiting to be helped with no one in front of us and a handful of to go orders laid out. During the time we stood there, no one acknowledged us. No greeting and no explanation on why we were being ignored. Suddenly another patron walked in behind us. l and seemed to be friends with the cashier. She decided that since he was her friend, he deserved to cut in front of us. Again, there is no acknowledgment and a half ass apology. Management needs to get their staff in order. This was very disappointing.

I went to get lunch yesterday through the drive thru with a coworker around 11:00-11:30 am. We got back to work and I opened my box to see there was a metal wire on top of my chicken. It looks to be a piece of wire from a scrub brush from washing dishes. I have tried calling the restaurant over ten times but call don’t go through. I will be contacting corporate!

They don't follow recipe. How can I tell? I worked at Panda before as a GM. - White rice is not cooked well, it is still grainy! - Chow mei for sure does not get the right basic sauce measurement, so bland! - Always missing an entree, like the string bean chicken breast. - Service okay, but not the best, not vibrant. - A/C too COLD or it's too HOT! DO BETTER! Where is the inspiring better lives here?!

I picked up dinner here tonight. Normally there are no problems. But I sucked up something hard in my drink and when I poured it out, there was a bunch of black stuff in it.

I visit this location often and the staff are always fast, the food is fresh, and the dining room is (usually) clean. If I had one request it would be for the staff to make more frequent passes wiping down tables and sweeping the dining room floor. The parking lot needs more cleaning too. I keep seeing garbage out there; old cups, cigarette butts, and even an old diaper...
