I've eaten there several times and the food has always been good, however my wife and I went thru the drive thru this weekend ( late in the evening ) We were the third car in line. After waiting about 15 mins to move up to the window , I was ask to park to the side and they would bring our food. I noticed that both cars in front of me were also parked in the waiting area. After about 20 mins our food came out. Never again.... PANDA " EXPRESS"...I don't think so.

What is the point of an online order, if you complete the order in a timely fashion, which is great! and yet take 20 minutes just to even acknowledge the customer waiting at the kiosk? I waited 20 minutes after receiving a notification my food was ready, rang there bell 3 times and received cold food by the end of it.

The broccoli and beef entree had literally 1 piece of beef that looked gray in color. All broccoli and no beef. Not worth the price. Had to go back cause they forgot a 1/3 of my order.

I think the dining experience is much better inside. They tend to forget things when you go through the drive-thru, and the service is just overall not very friendly from the outside. The manager inside is extremely nice, and they do everything they can to give you more for your money.
