Listen I gave this restaurant 2 times to make me feel comfortable enough to not write this review. Terrible!! Mortified!! Are just a little bit of it. It is 2024 there is no excuse for hair in my food from a chain fast food restaurant!! Then upon finding the hair the lack of empathy not only on the night shift from where the hair was in my food, but the manager the next morning didn’t even care about what I had to say. Just wanted to give me my refund and send me on my way. Then as some sort of pity she made me a plate and it wasn’t even the full order like it was “better” now it was on her shift… This restaurant clearly needs new management and employees that truly care!!! Not ones that will laugh and hide in the back when I’m in tears because I can’t eat my food and now have to wait until the next morning for my money!!! Like not everyone has a bunch of money like that!!! I can’t wait until I hear back from corporate!!

They never have food ready. No matter what time of day it is they all stand around at the counter and then when someone comes in to order they are yelling back to the cook all these dishes that need to be made. Why not make them in advance? Customers don’t want to wait 10-12 minutes bc you stand around all day.

Ate there twice and both times not good food. Today around lunch time they where out of two entrees so I got what was available and it was not very fresh have not felt good the rest of the day. Last time I was there around lunch time they where out of fried rice it took a while but finally got served the rice was slimy and again did not feel good the rest of the day. Food is not fresh, Will not be going back.

Customer service was good and Food "looks" good, except the broccolis and until i tasted and smelled the fried rice. Smells and taste like two days ago rice and broccolis don't look or taste fresh at all, tasted over due. Btw THEY FORGOT MY ANGUS STEAK! And replaced it with the honey walnut shrimp when i only asked one for the 1st order plate.

I placed my order through Doordash and I got a plate with veggies fried rice Kung pao chicken and Beijing beef. As I was eating it I thought I was just crunching on hard rice (like maybe from the bottom of the pot). Instead I started pulling these hard black pieces from my mouth. I started inspecting my food and I found it mixed all throughout the dish. I have no idea what this is or how much of it I ingested but it's not food. I thought it might just be burnt black bits of something but it feels like a hard plastic. Please be careful what you eat from here.
