Panda Express

We come here to grab a quick bite often. Tonight, I ordered white rice, beef and brocoli bowl... Look at these 4 tiny pieces of "beef" 😆

Great tasting Chinese food and at an affordable price. All the trays were full of hot food. We ordered the family meal because we got a lot of food at a good price. This location is fairly new and they’re off to a good start. Lots of seating and clean. Lot’s of free parking and is located near other restaurants. Very easy to find.

This place is absolutely horrible. I haven’t been to Panda Express for close to 10yrs. I thought I would treat myself since there’s one on the way to work. I ordered an orange chicken bowl with two spring rolls. I go to pay and the lady working looked so confused when I wanted to pay with Apple Pay. She took my phone inside the window and then shut the window. She had my phone inside there for 3 minutes. I couldn’t see inside so I have no idea what she was doing with it. I then waited a few more minutes for my food. Right when I got my food I pulled into a spot to eat. The chicken was rock hard and cold. Not warm, but cold. The spring rolls were cold as well. This is less than two minutes after receiving my food. I really wish it would have been good. I ate it because I didn’t have time to go in and get another order going. It’s a shame the product is this bad. I do not suggest you go here. I see that nobody responds here from panda express. So that goes to show you that the owners could care less about the quality of their product and the quality of their staff.

I'm so mad I ordered food when I get home to open the plate my rice is BURNT I'm so irritated because we purposely don't go to the other panda because their orange chicken is to acidic

The food at this location is typically very good for a fast service Asian restaurant and if I were to base my review only on the food I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the staff often drops the ball when it comes to having items ready when ordering. Not sure why this is the case but this isn't a mom and pop operation; this restaurant chain has been in business for decades and keeping up shouldn't be such an issue. Today, three separate times, I tried calling to make sure they could fulfill a catering order and every single time the phone continued to ring until I received a pre-recorded message saying they couldn't take my call before automatically hanging up. It's ridiculous, really. But I digress. If not for the consistent quality of the food we would throw in the towel and go elsewhere.
