I am really surprised by the bad reviews. I've gotten great food and service from this location. My only suggestion would be to make the entree portions of the plates larger, but that's a corporate thing, I'm sure.

I drove out of my way for a specific meal. I waited in the drive-thru and placed my order of 4 items. Then I was told by the cashier that it would be 10 min for my food. He asked if I wanted something else in place of it. I politely declined as it was the main item I went there for and I canceled my entire order, including all other items made. This is a fast food restaurant. Do not wait until you are out of something before making more. Also, do not wait until the customer gets to the cashier to inform them. This should have been mentioned while I was ordering, not after. This isn't the first time this has happened or the only issue there. I am taking this as a sign that you do not need my business and I do not need to eat at Panda.

Great for the price. I did the survey but did not have a received one serving meal as stated on the survey for doing the survey. Otherwise, you get value for the money spent.

This place needs to do some serious rehiring,, you go inside to eat , long line with employees walking past customers multiple times not helping them,, they take care of their drive through orders first, which i honestly thought that the people who actually get off their rear ends to go in are priority,, when did that change? The employees are rude and the food is gross

Absolute not.. ever again, This place can’t possibly have a Chinese cook in the building. They don’t even bother prepping the chicken before cooking it. It’s covered in the most disgusting pieces of chewy fat so much so it taste more like duck than chicken. Rice was horribly dry. The only reason I would ever eat here again would be for their soda and fortune cookies and that’s honestly it. This isn’t Chinese food at all
