Panda Express

This is the first time at this location. I went to the other one that's over on 4000 West and I personally like this one that I just went to over here by Valley Fair Mall and I like the way they got it set up. They have more of a variety of items compared to the other place. But yeah I really like their orange chicken, like it's very fresh. The chicken is really soft and tender, not hard and crispy like some of these other locations. But anyway I will be coming back to this location in the future. Thanks

If I could give 0 star I would. When I walk into this location I watch every order they do on many occasions they run out and give less then expected. Tonight I decided to give them another try I’m drive thru I asked for half and half. For 26 dollars this is what I get barely any noodles short on shrimp and a few pieces of beef with no rice. This is outrageous price for what they gave me. Very disappointing.

I hate to say it, but I've eaten at many a Panda Express. I prefer independent places, but the one I went to nearby was closed and I was hungry. So why the low review? Look at the picture of my food. This bowl was light on both noodles and chicken, compared to any other store, including airport locations! It tasted fine, it's just that portions were small. If you want to save money, tell your staff to stop putting four packets of sauce into every drive-through order if they didn't ask for any! There may be another Panda Express nearby. You might want to try that one.

This store is very, VERY slow, and the in store dining is limited. It always seems that staff is preparing other to go/delivery app meals, so customers have to wait for a very long time to get any service. The staff also show absolutely no sense of urgency, nor regard for any of their customers. It's a shame that the rest of West Valley City/Taylorsville has a lack of good lunch spots, otherwise I'd never return.

Whoever manages this restaurant needs to be terminated. They need to hire a new manager and train their staff on how to handle orders. Received multiple wrong DoorDash orders from this restaurant. Also quality of food is subpar. Staff is really rude and not helpful. Should shuffle employees from other stores to make this a better store. It is in a high traffic environment could make tons of money if it had better ratings.
