Updating as last week no power so had to go elsewhere and now lobby is closed for some reason.. this location has issues clearly. Decent serving size and was hot and fresh. However, the service was bit slow as out of alot so folks waiting around. In addition, lots of the tables/seats and floor were dirty.

This was the first time I actually was super disappointed in the food I got from this chain. I ordered on the app, and requested cook to order food per the reviews. I got old and cold food! The chicken wasn’t even the orange chicken I ordered. I’ve never had this one and I hated it! It was old and just overly crunchy. The noodles were little bits, not even long normal noodles. The Beijing beef was soft, not dark and crispy like normally. I didn’t like this location at all. People would rather wait on fresh hot food, than receive unfresh food that’s been sitting there

Panda Express delivered a pleasant surprise with their Orange Chicken, which was more delightful than I had anticipated. The sauce was a standout, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and tang with a subtle vinegar kick that made each bite exciting. The chicken itself was tender and flavorful, and the breading was the perfect texture and firmness. I ordered a side of noodles which was a nice addition, with their soft texture and savory taste complementing the zesty chicken beautifully. Generous portions rounded out a satisfying meal that left me looking forward to my next visit.

I can not say how disappointed I was in the service. I walked in, the only customer inside, and no one attempted to help me. I stood at the order sign for 3 minutes before a woman said one moment. I looked around and counted 7 employees. 1 cooking, the woman taking drive through orders, 1 woman doing numbers at a near by table, and 4 men standing around not even making eye contact with me. Then the woman who was working the drive through ended up helping me. After she filled my order I had to wait for one of the young men to decide to do their job and come to the cash register and check me out. They treated the situation as a burden.

Amazing staff, food was delicious and very fresh. I had a good experience going inside to order my food, Kung Pao Chicken is my favorite, I waited for it and it was totally worth it. There is an Oriental looking gentleman who prepared my plate the portions were very fulfilling. Thank you!
