Panda Express

Super unhappy honestly, I have never gone in and had such a bad experience. The girl serving us obviously didn’t want to be there. Have us Both a half scoop of our meats and gave attitude when we asked if we could have drinks. I have never been served that small of a portion of meat at any location with my bowls. My boyfriend’s bowl got more broccoli than beef in his half scoop. The fact that my favorite location has me the most upset. I never write reviews and I’m upset enough to write this. Get your crap together Panda. Don’t go into work if you are going to be rude and underserved your customers. Spent $30 just to be unsatisfied

Esteban, the manager when we were there, clearly knows how to manage a team that can provide a wonderful experience to customers. I am so impressed by Geldy R for her consideration of the customer and making a wonderful customer experience. She obviously goes above and beyond in all that she does, and deserves a promotion or something. I have never been so impressed with someone in the food service industry. Panda should do what they can to keep her around. For years, I thought panda was declining and falling out of my favor. My recent experience with these two is the reason I will bring my family of 5 back again and again. Geldy, Esteban, and team…I wish you the best! Thanks for a wonderful meal!

We entered the restaurant at 5:48 pm, which I know because we texted our family and said "Getting Panda now. Home soon." We placed our order and paid at 5:57 pm (the time on the receipt). The staff had said that we'd have to wait for mushroom chicken and super greens to be cooked. They estimated five minutes. We didn't leave with our food until 6:22 pm - a full 25 minutes AFTER we'd paid. I honestly believe it would have been longer if we hadn't have approached the counter several times and asked for an update. I realize it was Saturday evening, and the place was busy, but 34 minutes door-to-door is way too long. The atmosphere was super-stressed. The staff looked like they were all at threat-level-midnight, almost to the breaking point. Nobody was smiling or enjoying their job. Wish we'd stayed home, to be honest.

I love the coconut shrimp. The employees are really great here too. The bathroom was super warm 😂 Also I love that they have Safeguard soap! I love how it softens my hands and the smell of it! I know random lol!!

The manager at the Caldwell location on the blvd has the audacity to call out employees in front of all the customers, I’m trying to enjoy my meal and I cannot even enjoy it because she is belittling the employees in the lobby! I am truly sorry these employees have to deal with this
