Panda Express

They shorted me on one of my containers! The picture shows what was in the small size container before anything was eaten from it! I'm upset that they shorted me because they knew that I wasn't watching them!

Our family of 3 stopped here during a road trip. This was my 5 year old’s first time having Panda Express! While he was ordering and undecided about some of the items, Andrew the manager was so friendly, and offered some free chicken in another flavor so he could try it. He even brought a little plate of more chicken over to our table in case our son liked it (he did!). We were really impressed with the service and kindness at this location. The portions are also extremely generous. It was a great meal for us to fill up after a long day on the road, our family made a fun new memory together, and my child has a new favorite restaurant!

Stopped in on my way to work, was greeted kinda by 1 staff member as I walked in. Stood at the counter for about 1 min till I was asked what I would like. I went there specifically for the new Hot orange chicken. To be honest it was more like how they made it in the 80's in my opinion. More sauce and not dry with a touch of heat. This new item needs to stay.

Not only do they have great tasting food, this business is run by people with integrity and honesty. I left my wallet at the restaurant and when I called them they said they would put it in their safe. I was admitted to Vanderbilt emergency and was there for 5 days. The wallet had over $300 and tons of cr cards, cause I just came back from a long trip. He said that when I got released I could pickup the wallet. WHAT A REFRESHING KNOWLEDGE TO KNOW, THERE ARE STILL HONEST PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD. Support this business, anytime you can. Honest people deserve to be supported and rewarded. Thank you..... Holly

You’re better off throwing your money in the garbage than going to this Panda Express. Every time I give them another chance they disappoint consistently. I ordered a two entree plate with double chow mein, sweetfire chicken, and orange chicken. I received ONE small piece of sweetfire chicken and a crumb, and a half serving of just straight up cabbage with a few noodles in there. I then tried to call the restaurant and they ignored my call the first time, then the second time they picked up and then hung up immediately. I’ll never eat here again. The serving of almost all cabbage instead of chow mein happens to me every single time I come here, it’s insane. I don’t know how someone could even plate my meal and think that it looked okay. Also that one piece of sweetfire chicken I got was so old and nasty.
