This location is giving Panda Express a bad name. The Cub meal portions was a joke even for a toddler and the food was cold and over cooked. I do not recommend this place.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I asked about the wait time for some food items, but I received no response, and there was a noticeable attitude. This seems to be an ongoing issue, as other customers have shared similar frustrations. It would be great if this could be addressed, as it's affecting the overall dining experience. I recommend removing this staff member from the food assembly line if this behavior continues. Employee- Qiulan
The employee was extremely rude and unfriendly. Chicken was overcooked and dry
This is the second time Panda Express in Newnan has gotten my order wrong. Literally both times I ordered teriyaki chicken and got honey chicken instead. BOTH TIMES! Why they cannot get teriyaki and honey chicken discerned is beyond me. They refuse to answer the phone or send me to a manager when I call to fix the issue. Ridiculous.
Noodles were dry, smallest serving of shrimp ever and an old grumpy lady on the serving line was so rude to my children as they were deciding what to get. And when I asked for sauce, it was thrown on the counter at me.
