Panda Express

Listen. I never thought I would ever give 5 stars across the board for Panda Express. I always viewed them as the McDonald's of Chinese food. But this location was great. The staff was outstanding. Answered the questions I had. Sucks they don't taste test but that doesn't warrant a star reduction. The food was hot and fresh. I was so impressed with the staff I had to let the team training lead Chris know. More impressive was the fact that this was a younger crew and we know how that can go sometimes. Now I will say my food was fresher because I chose to wait after the staff member informed me that they are cooking the items I wanted, though he said the food that was out had been out 5-7 minutes which is fine but I will always opt for fresh when not in a rush. Great job from this location. It is appears they are revamping how they do things. Last thing it would be great if they can feature one of the entrees that they normally don't have there.

Usually I don't have a problem here. May favorites are the honey sesame chicken and honey walnut shrimp. However, this time, one of the orange chicken pieces wasn't even meat..it was bone! Almost broke my teeth. The picture has 3 pieces of bone, and 2 pieces broke off into sharp shards as I bit into it.

I went during the off hours today. The employees were conversing more with each other than the customers. I was never asked if I wanted a spring roll or anything. The cashier did not mention anything about rewards and again talking amongst themselves. When I got my rewards app opened he had already started to process the card payment again because he was not communicating with me but other enployees. They make you feel like youre bothering them for being there. I understand when its busy customer service might not be the best which is understandable (I worked in the food industry in DC for a long time) but when its slow though, customer service should be top priority especially in the food industry. Will not be wasting any more of my money here. Oh and the orange chicken was burnt and steamed rice was so hard I feel like it was there since they opened and I went at 2pm. Didnt eat the rest of the lunch just threw it out.

Never been before and tried to get menu online. Couldn't get one. Had to find location, that wouldn't work either. So no idea of what they serve. Gave it a try. Bowl option tasted okay. The plate option chose vegetable mix for base. However, 98% broccoli and 2 pieces of a white stem so hard it could not be cut, speared with fork or chewed. 2% pieces of cabbage (which I ate). The bowl of vegetables looked more mixed in the case. Too much undercooked broccoli served. Not impressed. Pepper Chicken was good, but Orange chicken dry and had sat a while. Gave a 3 rating for the 3 out of 5 items that tasted good. Service only a 2.

As most Panda Express, this one is fantastic. Great quick service. Professional friendly staff. Excellent food taste and great portions on plates. Overall, it was a fantastic value meal. Easy parking and great location. Clean and inviting ambiance.
