Panda Express

I prefer 🐼 Panda Express over Chinese food stores. But unfortunately, I was treated shabbily by this restaurants manager (Kristian) because I brought to his attention how I did not receive my third entrée to my order. He just looked at me and asked another waitress to serve me and he went to online orders. I waited patiently for my food and asked to speak with him again, letting him know that he could have shown me a little bit more respect as a returning customer. In any event, he continued to act clueless and show no concern with my complaint. Kristian needs to be retrained for the management position. He obviously does not care about customer satisfaction. What a sad review for a good company.

Visiting our sister who is in the military and is placed here in Virginia we decided to check in on her and see how she and our nephew are doing, before coming here there were certain food places that we had to go to, and one of the places is Panda Express we had to try the orange chicken, let me tell you they didn't disappoint that chicken was amazing the customer service was amazing the potion was amazing we were so happy you just couldn't believe it. So, from a couple of Brits who have visited the fine state of Virginia, we will be back next year for some more orange chicken because that orange chicken alone made the trip worth it.

It's the Thursday after Daylight Savings. Everyone else apparently had the same idea. It's no In 'N Out drive thru line, but we decided to go in. There's at least 5 people or groups in front of us. Man, they were fast! We did NOT have to wait long and the food was warm and tasty as always. I, my kids and our tummies thank you

Had to wait in line for 8 minutes due to not having fried rice available. Then after the rice was placed in the display case staff turned around and waited on the drive through while 6 customers were continuing to wait. Food was just ok. I wanted beef and broccoli, but there was not enough made to even put in my bowl as a side. Dinner was about 6:30 in the evening.

Made half my order and then proceeded to forget the large side of fried rice and said it would be a wait, and asked me if I still wanted it; given it was for my kids, yes I still wanted it. The frustration/disappointment wasn’t because I had to wait, but instead that they actually did have fried rice and continued to fill up other mobile orders while the rest of my food sat there for 10 minutes getting cold. They had enough the entire time they had me wait.
