Went there today to pick up 2 orders. The lady on the counter gave me first order when i asked for the second she said” i don’t know don’t disturb me i am busy” only one customer there.

First, the service was great. The worker was kind, sweet, and went out of her way to present herself nicely! The food looked great, but I find the same issue with meat alternatives. They are typically overcooked and in turn, interfere with the quality of the meal. Beyond chicken is easily over cooked and changes the texture, as with most plant based protein. The prices are fair and the offering of the selection is appreciated. I think this is only a limited option, but cooks should be advised on the difference in cooking this instead of traditional meat products.

This one a hit or miss. At times the food is hot good , workers are polite. Than you have dried up, under cook whatever going on chicken, rice , burnt vegetables. So just walk in take a look FIRST

Update: 4 January 2017 **WARNING** DO NOT COME HERE NEAR CLOSING (9pm). Tonight I arrived around 8:30 and the selection was extremely poor. They'd run out of a lot of things and weren't making anymore. Second time in a row experiencing this. So despite 9pm being the "official" closing time, the place is in full shutdown mode long before. Food here is delicious. Generous serving sizes for extremely reasonable prices. Always impressed with the service at this place. They are warm and friendly and always greet you with a smile. Your order is served up very fast. Even with a line present you won't be waiting long here. Freshly prepared, high quality ingredients put together right in front of you, not so me behind closed doors dungeon like kitchen. The entire place is always kept remarkably clean. Even the bathrooms.

i usually order from this location when I’m in the area. location seems to be perfect for walk-in service. i decided to order using mobile app to save time. i waited for over 20mins for food to be made. the plus side I guess was the food was as FRESHLY made, just inconvenient wait time for food. UPDATE since last visit, highly would recommend walking into this location as opposed to using mobile pickup. I decided to give this location another try, assuming that this was just a one off instance. I feel as tho Managemennt should look into this situation. I personally believe that it’s not to much to ask to have food ready when setting a designated time for pickup. However, just to test the theory. Im gonna plan on ordering again, but just choosing the pickup now option as opposed to selecting future time pickup. It’s amazing that even with the low amount of traffic, that my food wasn’t ready when scheduled.
