Panda Express

This location was dead slow around 6-7pm. I order a bigger plate with 2 kinds of chicken, lo mein and fried rice. Panda usually serving generous portions was not the case here. Not only were the line workers lacking any life in them, I was served less than half the containers space for the biggest option. They seemed too busy talking to one another than to say more than my total and seemed quite irritated when I ordered an extra side of rice. The total came out to be around 20 dollars for rice and chicken! This location was disappointing and a waste of money. Pathetic portion sizes and rude service. Would not go here again even if the other food court location were closed.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I was so rushed to order. When I got to the window to pay, the total was $14.10. I gave her $100.10. She returned $85.90. How can you not do math? I gave you a hundred dollar bill and a dime. The receipt shows only $100. Not $100.10. Get it together!! I understand that it’s a dime but it’s the principle about what’s right. Will not return to this location anymore.

This location is so well managed, even when the mall is busy the line moves fast! Staff is so friendly, especially Tia! This is my favorite Panda Express location and I have been coming here for years. l Also goes without saying that the food is delicious but that’s true for every Panda Express. Just FYI this location is located INSIDE GREAT LAKES CROSSING! Grubhub for some reason doesn’t make that clear

Staff was nice, great variety of options. Longer waits in drive thru, for faster service go inside to order. All dishes are clearly marked, some have a higher price mark up and they say up front. The labels also tell you if something is spicy. There are options for vegetarian meat, the impossible chicken dish.

Personally, first time trying Panda Express. We went there late and I didn’t seem to had a hard time with the line up and it was quite quick. Server was okay and given me a good amount of portion on the meal. I do recall that I should try their orange chicken and at last I did. I went ofcourse with their friend rice as the main carbs. Overall, I would say a bit over average. It won’t wow me in flavour because it is what I expect on a fast food restaurant but the selection of other meal is quite plenty and I shall try again the other food.
