About Panda Express

Panda Express is a Chinese restaurant located inside Dallas Fort Worth International Airport at Terminal E, 2400 Aviation Dr Gate 33, Dallas, TX 75261, USA. You can contact them at (972) 973-6408 or +1 972-973-6408.

As a Chinese fast-food restaurant situated within an airport terminal, Panda Express provides a quick and convenient meal option for travelers. Recent customer reviews offer insights into the service and food at this location.

One reviewer mentioned the availability of a military discount on a bowl, priced at $11 with the discount. They also noted that the Kung Pao chicken has been a consistently good choice for them.

Another customer highlighted the "fast service," stating that the staff works efficiently to keep the line moving.

While one review praised the food as "good" and the service to customers as "nice," it also raised a significant concern regarding the treatment of employees by a manager. This reviewer expressed shock and disappointment at witnessing the manager speaking to and treating her staff poorly, describing the behavior as that of a "bully" rather than a leader or trainer. This observation occurred on April 2nd around 12:00 PM, and the manager was identified as a black woman. The reviewer felt the staff deserved more respect.

Based on these reviews, the Panda Express at DFW Airport Terminal E (Gate 33) offers fast service and generally well-received food, with the Kung Pao chicken being a popular choice. They also appear to offer a military discount. However, there is a concerning report regarding the manager's treatment of employees, which potential customers may want to consider as part of the overall experience. The environment is typical of an airport food court setting, focused on quick service for travelers. No specific details about additional features or promotional offers are available in the provided reviews. For the most current information, it is recommended to check with the restaurant directly at the airport.

Bowl: $11 (military discount) King Pao chicken has been a good option for me. Fast service. The staff here seem to work hard and know how to keep the line moving.

Food is good and service was nice to customers but it was shocking and disheartening to see how the manager was speaking and treating her employees. Definitely not a leader or trainer… all I saw was a bully. I wish I would have gotten names but manager is a black woman on shift April 2nd at 12:00pm. Her staff definitely deserves to be spoken to with more respect.

The server (Mariah) did anyone great job. Very friendly and helpful. Makes a good old fashioned. (Now get her the right glassware to put it in so I don't have to drink it out of this goofy mug. Lol) I knocked the atmosphere down to a 3 because the of the glass and the fact that even for an airport, $25 seems a bit much for one standard cocktail.

Before flying back to Canada, my bro and I decided we had to try some Panda Express just for lols. Sure, this place has always been invoked when it comes to memes of authenticity, but we decided to see if it was really that mid. I think I often take for granted just how good the Chinese food is in Toronto. We ordered up some of that famous orange chicken to see how it would taste. The verdict? It was actually not bad at all! The batter was definitely not crispy which was disappointing, but flavour-wise, the chicken was seasoned well (we could taste ginger very prominently so I'm wondering if part of the recipe calls for this aggressive ginger note). It was cool to try Panda Express for a first time. Do I think I will ever return? If I do, it won't be at an airport LOL.

It was quite busy at 8pm on Tuesday, and the staff was great! Very courteous and they worked together to get the orders completed. We sat at the table provided and watched them for about 20 minutes. Very impressed with their great attitudes and professionalism. Please make sure they see this review!
