Customers generally encounter a clean and well-lit space designed for quick service.

The availability of a drive-thru at the N May Ave location is a notable service feature, catering to individuals seeking a fast food experience without leaving their vehicles. This is particularly beneficial for busy customers or those who prefer the convenience of on-the-go dining. While dine-in service is also likely available, the emphasis on drive-thru suggests a focus on speed and accessibility.

Based on the limited customer feedback provided, there are contrasting experiences. One customer reported a positive interaction, specifically mentioning the friendly and patient service received at the drive-thru. This customer noted that the order-taker ensured accuracy before providing the total and described the food as "good and fresh," expressing anticipation for a future visit. This review suggests that positive experiences with both service and food quality are possible at this location.

In contrast, another customer expressed dissatisfaction, stating, "Over this place I’m not saying stuff my food with shrimp but I don’t think more than 3 would kill this place." This feedback implies a perceived lack of a specific ingredient (shrimp) in their meal, suggesting potential inconsistencies in portioning or ingredient distribution. This highlights a concern regarding the value or the expected amount of certain components in the dishes offered.

Considering these two reviews, it's evident that experiences at this Panda Express location can vary. While one customer enjoyed fresh food and good service, another expressed disappointment with the quantity of a specific ingredient. Potential local customers should be aware of these differing opinions when considering this restaurant.

As a well-known chain, Panda Express typically offers a standardized menu featuring popular American Chinese dishes. These often include iconic items such as Orange Chicken, Sweet Fire Chicken Breast, Kung Pao Chicken, and Broccoli Beef, accompanied by choices of fried rice, steamed rice, chow mein, and various appetizers and sides. The consistency of these core menu items is generally a hallmark of the brand, though individual location execution can influence the final quality and ingredient proportions.

For local users in Oklahoma City considering Panda Express on N May Ave, the positive feedback regarding friendly and accurate drive-thru service is encouraging. However, the comment about the limited amount of shrimp suggests a potential area for improvement or at least something for customers ordering shrimp-containing dishes to be mindful of. It's important to remember that these are just two individual experiences and may not be representative of every customer's interaction.

Ordered 2 meals from this location. Went through the drive thru and was greeted by the lady taking my order. She was patient as we decided on our meals and she made sure the order was correct before giving me the total. The food was good and fresh. I look forward to visiting again.

This is the absolute worst Panda Express I’ve ever experienced in the entire nation. There’s some sort of money scam going on here. I order the same thing every time and it’s a different price every time I even paid in cash one time and they told me I needed to give them an extra dollar 50 this time I paid with my card because I didn’t want to be cash scammed and now my debit card wasn’t returned to me, I will never return to this location again and something needs to be done about this CanDrian A

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 plates. Got home and realized one of the plates was missing one complete entree and the other entree was 4 small pieces of shrimp - took the plate back to the store and told them the issue - they took my original box - put chicken in it and handed it back. It’s been a bit since I’ve had to take a food handlers class but isn’t that still a violation to take food that has left back into the kitchen???
