Panda Express

This is the third time this has happened to me!! I’ll order and pay 30 minutes ahead of time through the mobile app and the food will either “be ready” (not made, someone else took it, or it is ready and sitting on the shelf and everyone is too busy to acknowledge that I’m there waiting for it). It’s really annoying at this point and makes me question the point of ordering ahead if the service is going to be this poor. Panda Express at Missouri City, do better!! And ask the guest next time what we need instead of telling me to “wait”. Waited waaaay longer in front the cash register by the to-go orders than I should have.

This is the best location for Panda Express!! I have had many times Panda Express in many states, and this place is nothing compared to them!! Their food is always served fresh, good proportion, very delicious, proper temperature!! They provide great service at all times no matter what time of the day, or how busy it is!! Always on point, very much recommend it!! Thank you Panda Express team !!

I bit into these 2 pieces of PAPER in my Beijing Beef order! Completely Disgusting and Nasty. Needless to say I threw away the rest of the food and won’t ever eat there again! Buyer beware!

I don’t like how they take advantage of their drive through customers. I’ve been in person and drive thru and can confirm that the portions are significantly different. I gave them the benefit of the doubt today and took the drive through only to find out that the broccoli beef I ordered came with two tiny pieces of beef and a bunch of broccoli. They purposely skim folks at the drive thru and cater to their in person clients that they know wouldn’t put up with that. Go inside and order. They play too much and have no issues wasting your money.
