Panda Express

Don’t waste your time here. I got there 30 minutes after they opened and the white rice wasn’t going to be ready for another 20 minutes. I sat in the drive-through line waiting on an entrée for about 20 minutes after she had told me it’ll be ready in about two minutes.. The lady then said to pull around to the front of the building and they’ll bring the food out shortly. when I actually got the food after about ten more minutes, I had to search for noodles in the chow mein. It was mostly crunchy cabbage and celery. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be back.

We doordash’ed an order, but now I want our money back. The meats tasted great, but the rice was SO dry! Like, not even seasoned rice. Even the fried rice depends on the veggies that come in it, still no seasoning. I make better rice at home than here! My recommendation? Don’t. The rice is so dry and it isn’t easy to eat as you’re given a fork??? Seriously??? I’d go someplace else like Sunrise China in LG, who have better portions and seasoning, especially in their rice. I only recommend the meats.

I haven’t been to a Panda Express in ages but so many people talk about how good it is. So I decided to give them another try. This was my first time at this location and the only 2 complaints I have are… 1) they charge extra for shrimp $1.50 times whatever you get (rather it’s limited edition or not) and 2) I went in there for both the walnut and bang bang or whatever the limited edition shrimp was, but they didn’t advertise, have it out, or make it known they had it. I saw a small sticker towards the cash register showing it but that was after I got what I saw was available and it wasn’t on the menu above the cook. Overall, good experience, very clean, they stay busy, and they’re fast. Highly recommend

Ordered take out - Orange Chicken 🍗 & Walnut Shrimp 🍤. There was a little wait to order. There was about one person serving and cashing out. Overall, Service could be a little better but dinning room was clean to sit and eat. Food does look good and tasty 😋

I went here today and the service was horrible. I spent $45 for 4 of us. My husband ordered Walnut shrimp, chow mien and super greens. He wanted to taste the other shrimp with beef. He asked to removed the beef, the server told him that he can only get 3 shrimps and it is a charge of $12. Are you kidding me? So 3 pieces of shrimp you want to charge me for a full plate in the smallest container… and why is the walnut shrimp you only get 5 pieces of shrimp? This is the last time I will ever shop here. Walnut shrimp not even looking presentable, so white and nasty looking. Not the best food here for your money. Customer service is horrible and food presentation is terrible. I am so upset because spending all that money and want to charge us $12 for 3 shrimp, is very much dishonest and unsatisfactory. Please share with your team the correct serving and stop cheating customers that are shopping there.
