Panda Express

I ordered the firecracker steak and shrimp plus the black pepper sirloin steak on the mobile app. I got the black pepper sirloin steak for free since I put my birthday in in the app but I had to purchase an appetizer or entree or side. It was a short wait time since only one person was in line ordering and another person had to pick up and order but it wasn’t done yet. The firecracker steak and shrimp was pretty good, a bit spicy if you don’t eat the dried chili. The black pepper steak was great but I preferred the steak and shrimp. Steak was sorta rough but still chewy. I loved the ratio of meat to veggies for both. I got three fortune cookies instead of two.

Terrible service. After ordering my food one of the servers said I had to wait for an item even though there was plenty in the pan. I said I only order one serving and she again said I had to wait. They had me pay for my food and then I noticed a few people behind me getting served that item I was waiting for. If you can not serve and treat everyone with the same manner. You should not be serving the public. I didn’t receive my item until 20 minutes after paying. I know it was dinner time but they keep making other items . I ask the lady and she checked and said she forgot to say something to the cook. I ended up leaving with my meal 29 minutes after entering the store with only three people in front of me. By the time I got home the items were cold. I would avoid this Sunland location. The Lake View Terrace location is very professional, clean and friendly.

Food is ok here, but if you order online for pick up, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER. First time we went, we ordered Teriyaki chicken and Kung pao, when we got home we saw that they didn't give us the Teriyaki chicken. Didn't feel like going back, so we let it go and kept coming here but double checking the order. Didn't double check today and there was no Teriyaki chicken AGAIN. We let it go the first time, but twice is too much.

Teriyaki chicken tastes plastic....second time gave them a chance but will not go there any more. Old deep frozen meat.....is it even from chicken?!!!.....no I did not order the meat substitute......manager try your chicken!!!
