So I come to this Panda fairly often. Service used to be great when the store opened, but has seen a steady decline. Now the place is pretty far from the upbeat but relaxed atmosphere it used to have. The customer service pretty much sucks now. The employees, in this case Michele, they don't listen or even make any effort. I'm sure I'm setting my expectations way too high, but the thing is service and the food quality formerly was so much better. Probably will avoid this location in the future at this point.

🤮 ! They do not clean and more then half of the food was gone and have little to no choices. Water leaking from the fountain machine. Food all over the floor. Will be calling health department.

I ordered dinner through the app on February 28th, and my husband went to pick it up. When he got home, we realized one of the plates was completely wrong. I called the location, and the manager offered to replace it that day or on another day. Since the restaurant is over 15 minutes away, we opted to come back another day. Today, my husband went to pick up the replacement meal. When he got home and opened the food, it had an overwhelming smell of smoke. I even had to ask him—though I know he's not a smoker—if he had smoked because the smell was so strong. He said no, but the food still had a weird taste to him. I took a bite, and it was absolutely disgusting—it tasted like I was eating cigarettes. The smell and taste are lingering in my mouth, and it's unbearable. This is now the second location I’ve tried, and both experiences have been awful. Panda Express is officially the worst place to eat!

I miss the black pepper chicken but these items were pretty tasty, steak and beef. I wish the noodles had a different texture but it does the trick. More helpings please.

Very bad language barrier issues. We were frustrated trying to check out and tell the lady we wanted separate checks cuz we had 2 different rewards we were using in our separate accounts. She didn’t seem to understand and had to keep getting the manager. Eventually my wife left in frustration and we ate at separate spots. Not a good experience. Employ English speaking people. Update. Gave a second chance. This time they were out of chow mein. I said how long til there’s chap mang. She said 10 min. I said I guess I’ll have to get rice (I don’t like rice). Not evens. Minute goes by and there’s fresh chow mein. I said that was a fast 10 minutes and she just smiled and said ya. Atleast check on how long it’s gonna be if you’re not sure. Oissed me off
