About Panda Express

Located at 7376 Cherry Ave in Fontana, California, Panda Express serves as a convenient option for local users seeking American-Chinese cuisine within the "Chinese Restaurant" platform category. This establishment can be contacted at (909) 823-0688 or via their mobile number +1 909-823-0688 for any inquiries or to place orders.

As a widely recognized fast-casual chain, Panda Express is known for its consistent menu of popular dishes, including Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and various noodle and rice selections. The Fontana location aims to provide the same familiar flavors and quick service that the brand is known for, catering to individuals and families looking for a convenient meal.

According to recent customer reviews, the Panda Express in Fontana offers a notably clean environment. One reviewer specifically mentioned entering "a clean Panda Express location," which suggests attention to hygiene and tidiness within the restaurant space. This can contribute positively to the overall dining experience for customers who value cleanliness.

The staff at this Fontana location have been described as "diverse and friendly." Positive interactions with staff can significantly enhance a customer's visit, making the experience more pleasant and welcoming. A friendly and diverse team can also contribute to a more inclusive and comfortable atmosphere for a wider range of customers.

In terms of the environment, this particular Panda Express seems to offer a variety of seating options to accommodate different preferences and group sizes. The reviewer noted "plenty of places to sit" and specifically mentioned "small (couple) tables near the windows," which are ideal for individuals or pairs. For those seeking a bit more privacy, there are "private tall tables near the back." Families or larger groups can utilize the "large dining tables." Additionally, there is a "bar sit down (shelves?)" area facing the street view, which could appeal to solo diners or those who enjoy people-watching while they eat. This diverse range of seating arrangements suggests that the restaurant is designed to cater to various dining needs and preferences.

The reviewer also made an interesting observation about some employees taking their break outside at "cool tables" and having food from other places. While this doesn't directly impact the customer experience, it provides a glimpse into the staff culture and the availability of outdoor seating for employees, which might indirectly contribute to a more relaxed overall atmosphere.

Safety is another aspect highlighted in the review, with the mention that "the restrooms require a code for safety." This suggests that the management has taken measures to ensure the security and privacy of restroom facilities for customers, which can be a reassuring factor for many diners.

Regarding the food itself, one reviewer stated that it was "good, as usual," aligning with the general perception of Panda Express as a reliable source of tasty American-Chinese food. Another reviewer elaborated on the brand's appeal, noting that "Panda Express is a good choice for anyone looking for quick and tasty American-Chinese food." They acknowledged that it "may not have the authenticity of a traditional Chinese restaurant," but emphasized its strengths in "flavor and convenience," making it "a solid choice for a fast-food meal." This provides an objective assessment of the type of cuisine offered, setting expectations for those seeking more traditional flavors.

However, the same reviewer also pointed out a potential drawback, mentioning that "some may find the food a bit too sweet, with sauces that can sometimes overpower the natural flavors of the meat and vegetables." This is a common characteristic of many American-Chinese dishes and is something that individual customers may have varying preferences for. For those sensitive to sweetness in their food, this is a point to consider.

In terms of portion sizes, the review stated that "Portions are generous," which contrasts with the feedback received at a different Panda Express location in Upland. This suggests that portion sizes might vary between different branches or that individual perceptions can differ. The reviewer also noted that "prices can be a bit on the higher side for fast food, especially if you add extra entrees!" This indicates that while the base portions might be generous, the cost can increase notably if customers opt for additional items.

No specific promotional information was mentioned in the provided review. Panda Express often has ongoing promotions or limited-time offers, which may include family deals, discounts on specific entrees, or online ordering benefits. Local users in Fontana interested in potential promotions at this location are advised to check the official Panda Express website or app, or to inquire directly with the restaurant at (909) 823-0688.

In summary, the Panda Express at 7376 Cherry Ave in Fontana appears to offer a clean and welcoming environment with a friendly and diverse staff. It provides a variety of seating options to cater to different dining preferences. The food is generally considered good and flavorful, typical of American-Chinese fast food, with generous portions, although some may find the sauces to be on the sweeter side. While it may not offer the authenticity of a traditional Chinese restaurant, it excels in convenience and taste. Customers should be mindful of potential costs when adding extra entrees. For any current promotions, direct inquiry with the restaurant is recommended.

I entered a clean Panda Express location with a diverse and friendly staff. It was a Tue early afternoon with plenty of places to park. Food was good, as usual. But the neat thing to me was the variety of places to sit. There are small (couple) tables near the windows, private tall tables near the back, large dining tables for families and bar sit down (shelves?) facing the street view. Even on the way out, a few workers with vests walked by us to sit down on the cool tables outside. And they had food bags from somewhere else. Lol. Safe place to eat and the restrooms require a code for safety.

Absolutely amazing service. I'm currently handicapped with crutches and of the employees (belen) was nice enough to assist me by carrying my food to the car. Which thank you I appreciate them so much. After having my ligament in my ankle sewn back together it sucks going out and getting around. Ive realized there's not a lot of businesses that have disability entrances or that provides assistance. So thank you for those who assist.

DO NOT DO THE DRIVE THRU! You will get the crap parts and minimal servings of whatever you order. Pretty sad honestly. Go inside and order for good service. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 star because walk in service is actually good. Drive thru service deserves 1 star.
