Based on recent customer reviews, the experiences at this Bismarck Panda Express location appear to be somewhat varied, indicating potential inconsistencies in food quality. One positive review highlighted a short ordering line and praised the freshness and taste of the meat, rice, and veggies. The reviewer also mentioned adding sweet and sour sauce to the rice to enhance its moisture, suggesting a generally satisfactory experience with the core components of their meal.

However, another review shared a less favorable experience, particularly noting a decline in food quality compared to their usual visits. This customer, who often visits Panda Express with their children (a favorite spot for the noodles), found the food lacking on this occasion despite the restaurant not being very busy. The order included chow mein noodles, orange chicken, broccoli beef, and sesame chicken. The primary issue reported was an overwhelming taste and smell of liquid smoke, which the reviewer suspected originated from the noodles. This negative experience, contrasting with their past positive visits, suggests that the consistency of food preparation might be an area of concern at this location.

Considering these two recent reviews, it seems that while some customers have found the food at this Bismarck Panda Express to be fresh and tasty, others have experienced a noticeable dip in quality, with specific issues like an overpowering artificial flavor affecting the overall enjoyment of the meal. The inconsistency highlighted in the latter review is an important point for potential customers to consider.

Ordering line was very short. Fresh meat, rice and veggies were tasty. Added the sweet and sour sauce to the rice which made it moist.

Stopped in with the kids (it's usually one of there favorite places to eat for the noodles especially). This time it wasn't very busy and the food was lacking compared to our usual visits. We had the chow me in noodles, orange chicken, broccoli beef and tried the sesame chicken. I think it was the noodles but something was cooked with too much liquid smoke (could smell it bad when opening the boxes to eat).

Some of the food is decent. Don't order honey walnut shrimp. It was very bad and mushy (inedible) and tasted like cooking oil. Most of chicken dishes and the Beijing Beef is okay. The rice can be a little crunchy at times. The crab rangoons are good.
