Ordered via grubhub a moment ago. Food was good especially orange chicken, however portion seems smaller than competition. Also found a blue rubber band in my fried rice. It happens but please do not include rubber band pieces. At least its not plastic so I ate the food regardless =P Also, I like the fact that they use paper based container rather than plastic.
Got two plates . 2 sides 1 entree . And 1 drink came out to around $28 . The Spanish girls who work there were really nice . The girl gave us plenty of sauces we really enjoyed it ! Thank you
I can’t remember if I’ve actually ever had Panda Express before. Perhaps as a young kid at a mall somewhere? Well this most recent time, I ordered because there was a deal for a BOGO plate. Otherwise, I don’t think I would actually order from here. I ordered for pick-up for 3:30 on a Thursday via the app. One chow mein with orange chicken and beef & broccoli, and one fried rice with black pepper chicken and Beijing beef. Everything was pretty salty. Most of the entrees tasted pretty similar - lots of MSG and sugar, but I must admit that I did like the orange chicken. Overall, it’s what you’d expect from a Chinese take out chain. The four stars are not really for the food but really just the overall experience. My food was not quite ready when I got there but only because I was waiting on a fresh batch of Beijing beef. Plus the woman who was handling my order was very pleasant and nice. I wish I got her name but if management is reading, I was there on 3/22/23 at around 3:30. I probably wouldn’t be back unless there is another deal but if there is, I will be sure to visit this location. Tip - plenty of parking since it’s located in a giant strip mall.
This food came to me and the second I opened the bag I smelt burnt food. I proceeded to take the food out on the plate, and when I poured out the chicken Kung pow, it was black. I have ordered from here before and never been disappointed. I have no idea what happened today, but the food was burnt dry and overcooked. I am highly disappointed because I ordered from Uber Eats and when I called panda express, they said they would let their manager know. I was not offered an exchange meal nor was I apologised to. I was just told that they would speak to the manager. I also can’t make a claim with Uber Eats yet because the transaction is pending and you cannot make a claim until it is fully paid. Overall I am very disappointed with the service I was given today.
Smaller size, they ran out of orange chicken during dinner rush. So if they get even 50% of the way down, they should know better to start making more. This is just mistiming from whomever is managing the kitchen orders. Still, disappointed I didn't get enough orange chicken for the fam.
