Me and my kids usually love this restaurant. We just moved to this area, so this is the first time we have eaten at this location. The Broccoli Beef was 95% broccoli , see photo, and only two small pieces of beef. The walnuts in the Honey Walnut Shrimp were so hard and old that you could not even eat them. We got the last of the shrimp in the pan, so it was only four shrimp. This has to be the worst Panda Express we have ever eaten at.

I just went for the bigger plate, which comes with 3 entrees - not 2. I didn’t order any sides, as I stopped doing because the sides always had a nauseating smell and would literally make me sick when I ate them. I had it a few times, so quite sure it was the sides. So I started getting just the entrees and they’d put them all on the same tray. I’ve been doing this for 2 years now. Tonight, they gave me 2 servings instead of the 3. And when I asked for my third serving, the manager got an attitude. Called herself “proving a point” and I should have recorded, but I was too angry and trying to be polite. To prove a point to try to show me it was 3 services, she got the to-go container they put the third serving in when you get sides. It was not packed in at all, how it always is, and she tried to sale 3 bites as a serving… I really truly wish I’d recorded so you could see how ridiculous she was! I’m so upset… So I asked for a refund, she walked away and gave someone who was taking an outside order my receipt in order to organize my refund… She was exceedingly disrespectful, and insulted my intelligence attempting to give me 2 servings instead of the 3 I’d paid for— Will not be returning. And I encourage any who does, to check your food to make sure you’re getting all of what you pay for.

Ordered DoorDash tonight and was very disappointed in the way the chow mein looked absolutely no noodles it was soggy vegetables. I guess this is how they treat their customers when they’re not in the store

Everywhere I go, I go Panda. I am in love with Panda express. Nice place and friendly environment with friendly staffs☺️. Got a big nice plate and had a great lunch!!! Today I tried something totally new to me: Spicy shrimp and I loved it! Thank you Panda Express.

Everyone was great. Was a dasher and a guest. Even though I didn't wait long for dash orders, they apologized for the wait. Food is always great, fortune cookies weren't stale. Great service
