Panda Express

After working on a hot day I stop by because I like Panda Express. After I place my order I saw behind the counter they had some new drink offerings so I asked the girl if I could have it she says no you can't. I said why she said no you can't have it. No explanation I said is it extra I have plenty of money I'm paying with an American Express gold card so if it's an extra dollar or whatever then no problem. She says no you can't have it with no explanation and she hands me my cup and points at the other drinks and walks off. This is after I stood there and watch them serve five drive-thru orders without even acknowledging I was standing at the counter trying to make an in store order.. Why offer a new drink that a customer cannot purchase? And why is your staff not trained to explain why someone cannot purchase something that's sitting right there in front of them.

Service is a -1000 Literally every time I come here to the nine mile location.. it’s always something. No white rice… no Sesame chicken, no this no that… now this. Why is the drive thru closed this time of day 430 pm. Not to mention the rude girl with the blonde tip dreads Donna🤮 She was so rude I just want a refund at this point because it’s getting ridiculous. Now the tall young guy he was nice he was very respectful. Give DONNA her walking papers🚶🏾‍♀️she hate her job

I don't ever mind pulling around to wait for my food to be finished. Unless, of course, they tell me 'The teriyaki chicken will be done in 5min. Please pull around and we'll bring it to you.' then totally forget (or ignore) for 25 minutes. I had a cub meal and a plate. Nothing special, no special requests, simple order. So, when this happens I take note of the store and never pull around for them again in the future. Imma sit right there and hold up the entiiiiire line until you get me my food and I garuntee it will not take 25 minutes next time ; )

Five stars all across-the-board! I went through the drive-through just a little before close fully expecting them to already be done for the night. But Tyler was there ready to take my order and gave some awesome service! I really appreciate him and his demeanor of taking great care of me, even though they were close to closing. They have a fan for life!!!

I love Panda Express. It's a relationship of wonder, tingling desire, eager anticipation, and intensely satisfied longings. Size matters and the servings are that of love upon love. Thirsty souls will be quenched with the generous beverage sizes. This is a low-key relationship that doesn't cost you your life's savings either. Favorite place to eat. Hands down. At least, right now. After all, I'm a woman and my opinions change faster than your speedometer when you see a state trooper.
