About Panda Express

While categorized as a "Chinese Restaurant" on this platform, Panda Express is actually a popular American fast-food chain that serves a unique style of American Chinese cuisine. Although it originates from the United States, we want to introduce this restaurant to our local users in US based on the available information.

Based on recent customer reviews for the Panda Express located at 4305 S Ferdon Blvd, Crestview, FL 32536, USA, experiences appear to be mixed. One customer mentioned that while the food was generally "nice," the lo mein noodles lacked flavor and contained an excessive amount of cabbage, almost resembling a chicken salad. This reviewer also suggested that the drive-thru service might compromise the quality of traditional Chinese food due to the time required for preparation, recommending local Chinese restaurants as an alternative.

Another customer expressed significant dissatisfaction with their order, stating that the medium-sized a la carte cartons they purchased for a considerable price were primarily filled with large pieces of broccoli and green beans, with a lack of meat. This customer described feeling upset about the value and indicated they would not purchase from that store or possibly any Panda Express again. Additionally, they reported that even the fortune cookies were stale.

Given these reviews, it's difficult to ascertain the typical "environment" of this specific Panda Express location beyond the mention of a drive-thru. The services offered include dine-in and drive-thru, as indicated by one of the reviews. However, the efficiency of the drive-thru was questioned in relation to the preparation time for the food.

Features of Panda Express generally include a selection of popular American Chinese dishes, often presented in a buffet-style setting where customers can choose entrees and sides. However, the reviews highlight potential inconsistencies in flavor, ingredient proportions (specifically the amount of vegetables versus meat), and overall quality. The stale fortune cookies also point to potential issues with the freshness of some items.

There is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. Potential customers should be aware of the reported issues concerning flavor, ingredient balance, value for money, and food freshness when considering Panda Express.

In conclusion, while categorized as a Chinese Restaurant on this platform, Panda Express is an American fast-food chain serving American Chinese cuisine. Customer reviews for this specific location in Crestview, Florida, indicate potential concerns regarding the flavor of certain dishes, the proportion of vegetables to meat, overall value, and the freshness of some items. Local users in US should consider these points if Panda Express were to become available here.

Food was nice but the lo mein noodles have no flavor(ask for sweet n sour) and the cabbage was bit too much. Damn near a chicken salad. Also don’t expect much efficiency from a Panda Express with a (DRIVE THRU) that food takes actual time to make, so getting it in a fast food competitor spot waters down the actual Chinese food you’re looking for. Just go to the local Chinese spot if there is one.

We spent 35 dollars and bought medium size ala cart cartons. When opened we found them stuffed with huge pieces of broccoli and green beans. The meat was non existent! In so upset about the cost for boxes of veggies. I will never purchase from that store again possibly any Panda. To add more insult even the fortune cookies were like rubber stale! Worst Panda ever

I do not know what has caused a change in consistency but after multiple order issues or complete wrong meals (even though they are labeled for what we asked for). I can't support it anymore. Convenience of drive thru is for those needing dinner quick. But goodness, might want to retrain some workers on what proteins are what. It is expensive to order already, let alone get a totally different protein all together. Please do better.

I went through the drive through to order lunch for my family of 3 adults. I placed my order. Everything I ordered came up on the screen. When I got to the window. I got 1 drink. 1 plate and a tiny box. The lady gave me my order. Gave me my change. Inside the bag was one box with 3 very small servings. The screen I ordered from had a very different picture. The cashier had walked away so I tooted my horn as this was not going to feed my family. Someone else came to the window and i told her this was not what I ordered. The other lady came back and started yelling at me that was everything I ordered. I said it is all on one plate. She would not even listen to what I wanted. I fully intended to pay more. She had not been trained in customer service as most fast food places now days. I finally gave up and told her I would NEVER be back. Folks don't waste your time or money here. Next year that Chinese restaurant will be something else!

I always loved Panda Express. The food was good as always, except this time the rice was not cooked. They are serving uncooked food!! What is going on with restaurants!?!??! This is the 2nd bad experience I have had this week. I'm giving up on eating out!
