Worst location. The last time I ordered for pickup they were over 20 minutes late with preparing it. This second time, I order early. The app tells me my pickup time is 1:37pm. I get a text at 1:12 that my order is ready. I’m unable to get there until 1:35 and my order is sitting on a shelf, not a heater or anything. Really gross. The pickup time of 1:37 is written on the receipt, why don’t you make the food closer to that time? Then I checked my food at home. They gave me h chicken instead of the shrimp I ordered (which was more expensive).

This location literally takes one order at a time in the drive thru. Last time I went was 7 months ago and the exact same issue. I sent an email to corporate and never received a comment back. Just tonight we figured to give them another chance. What a mistake. The one order at a time was still in place (see pictures) and the food was so over cooked my wife had to throw away her plate deciding to eat soup instead…. Considering corporate never got back to me in the past I’ll be disputing my credit card charge and won’t be coming back. I’ve tried in the past to provide good faith feedback and clearly corporate or the local location doesn’t care. So why anyone would continue to buy from this location is beyond me……

Food was decent, waited way too long in the drive thru line for a mobile order but gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t complain. We get home, open our food and there’s no utensils, sweet and sour sauce or teriyaki sauce, we literally had teriyaki chicken in our order and live 15 minutes away so we weren’t going to go all the way back. I specified teriyaki sauce TWICE in the order. Not too happy.

Dealt with a very aggressive worker here on Sunday. Was pushing other coworkers for some reason to fill up a plate while I was trying to get my order taken.. The lady Maggi was very nice and welcoming to me but when I seen another worker Laura pushing the other people taking orders to get to hers I felt bad for the workers. What is going on here what is pressuring the workers to that extent???? It was during the mid-day but I still think it was excessive. To the manager why are you letting this be okay? The other workers looked uncomfortable and bothered by this and nothing is done. Food was okay. I don't often visit this location but besides that incident the store was clean and the rest of the workers seemed very nice.

Usually service is a little slow (don’t really mind it tbh), came in today and probably had the best experience in all the years I’ve lived here! Who I’m assuming is the manager (a younger looking guy who was coming around to tables asking how everything is), was really nice and helpful! Keep doing what you’re doing, others notice and appreciate it :)
