Panda Express

I had a great meal from Panda Express. The fried rice was cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of seasoning and a fluffy texture. The grilled teriyaki chicken was tender, juicy, and had a rich, savory glaze that paired wonderfully with the rice. The broccoli beef was a standout. The beef was tender, and the broccoli was fresh and crisp, coated in a flavorful sauce. The portions were generous. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient, making the visit even more enjoyable. Everything was packaged neatly for my To-go order, and they didn't forget any sauces or utensils.

This is unacceptable. This happens most of the time when I order on drive thru where they give out food that’s been sitting there for hours. Their staff is not so friendly either. I don’t know why it’s gone this bad. This place is not what it was 4 yrs ago.

Everyone welcomed us when we walked in the door, we got our food quickly, and it was very good. The place was very clean.

Food was good, but the customer service horrible! The worker Leslie started to give us attitude just for standing to pay our food. They did not have the vegetables ready and one worker asked to go ahead pay ahead. As we were waiting for 5 mins, nobody at cashier . The worker Leslie started to give us attitude telling us that we were holding the line. There was no line and people were just coming waiting because the food was not ready. They were not prepared.

I ordered a bowl with chow mein and vegetables. I glanced at my broccoli and noticed some odd shiny thing in between the stalk I separated the florets and the stem and a green bug fell out! Food wasn’t even good before the bug. I was disgusted after I saw it. *Update- I called the store and was told I have to bring my receipt back before 9pm tonight to get a refund or I can get a store credit. Neither one of those options helps me, as I will never eat here again and I have to waste my gas and time to go back same day to get the refund.
