So disappointed, as for one of my orders I had to wait extra 15minutes, only to not even receive it, came back home, opened my plate of noodles, beijing beef and orange chicken, only to find half empty plate with only noodles in it. I dont know why I had to wait extra 15minutes for if they didn't even put anything in it, and I obviously paid for my full order.

They gave me the wrong food and by the time I got home and figured that out I called 10 different times throughout the day and no answer. The food that I did get was cold and you could tell it was old. Not to mention even the pop wasn’t great. I usually love panda but this is not acceptable.

New restaurant with lots of help. Rice and orange chicken could have been better but was still very tasty. I'm sure they will quickly figure it out but the chicken teriyaki was very good.

Today they opened! Everyone had smiling faces, knew their job, and customer service was top notch! They kept the hot food rolling, and the lines moving quick. Great job! Wonderful team! Keep up the great work!!

It is sad to say that the service was just not acceptable. I ordered ten different items for lunch with friends. The first trip to pick up the order was given a bag and told that everything. My mistake should have checked. Got home and had 2 of ten items ordered. My son ran back to get the rest. He came home with everything but one item. Call the store and talk with the manager, who was very rude and almost combative. She said she would refund the missing item after she checked the video tape because she did not believe me. I told her that one item had two stickers on it, and that is why the count was off. She then hung up on me and never refund the missing item.
