Panda Express

Havent been to a Panda restaurant in over 5 years but today I was craving some Panda express and man was I disappointed all over again! I ordered an orange chicken bowl which was absolutely the most disappointing thing ever ordered… the entire bowl was just rice with chicken pieces you could count! More of a rice than chicken bowl. False advertisement at its finest! The chicken was very hard but the rice I will commend and say was cooked to perfection.

This is unacceptable ordered beef and broccoli to only receive 4 pieces of meat in it and little pieces at that. The little girl working tonight at 5:50-6:00 8/21 was rude and didn’t seem to care about her job or customers getting what they paid for. My order number was 279287 worst experience I had at any Panda Express should be removed from the line!

I didn't like this Panda Express. The work culture is horrible. I visited a different one last weekend, and they skipped over customers that were first and took other orders in the back. Today I visited the one on Addison and I was next in line but some men just walked in the restaurant and they took their order before mine. I wasn't satisfied with this experience at all. I mentioned to the work that I must be invisible to him and all he said was, "oh. What would you like?" No apology or nothing. The manager peered at me with a nasty look so I know that it wouldn't be of any help to speak to him. Very disrespectful I always noticed how they act towards people. Very dry.

I ordered the sweet fire chicken breast on fried rice bowl. Excellent! Staff was very efficient and helpful with my order. I hadn't been to Panda Express in a while so the lady was very patient and helpful explaining what everything was and which ones were extra spicy. Very nice atmosphere, and it's a busy Panda Express! So busy the trash was overflowing, thus the 4 in atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

Staff was rude I asked about the new juices. One of the staff members hit me with unfriendly atitude because I didn't know the flavors of the drinks (not displayed clearly). So I refused the drinks completely. All this happend at 2:45pm on Friday October 11th. Keep your jokes to yourself.
