The panda express in seminole mall is fairly new and always clean. The staff are courteous but always seem stressed out. I'm not sure if it's due to staffing or just overall being overwhelmed. Any time I have ordered online to-go (which has been at least 4 times or more now), my oder has taken 10 minutes or longer than the estimated time it should be ready. Every time this has happened, it was due to waiting on the food to come out. The food always taste great but I've noticed the portions are different almost every time I go. This location needs consistency and possibly better staffing.
Normally, I really enjoy Panda Express, but my food came out super salty at this location.
My recent visit to Panda Express left me with mixed impressions. While the fast service was commendable, the lack of sample tastings was disappointing. The cleanliness of some tables could also be improved. On the positive side, the diverse menu offered flavorful options.
Horrible service there was only one lady serving food and working on register, apart from seeing a huge line which I had to wait 15-20 minutes almost my whole lunch break she was taking her sweet time, finally got my food and knowing I was taking it to go didn’t even put napkins or any utensils. ALSO THE FOOD IS SUPER SALTY HORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN PLEASE STAY AWAY
Came around 3:30pm on a weekday — food wasn’t super hot/fresh but still fulfilling. The teriyaki chicken was probably the most recent thing cooked and was definitely the best part. We got the last of the fried rice which was kind of disappointing but I guess not a priority for midday. Staff was super nice and location was very clean. Food was packaged to go but we intended to eat at the restaurant. Not sure if this is the new norm as we were the only ones in there. Large outdoor seating area and inside had quite a few options as well. Single stall/room bathrooms.
