It always smells so good in there but is similar to a All Day buffet without the second portions. This was the worst place that I have ever tried Chinese rice. It had no color no flavor it was soggy and tasted nothing like Chinese rice I will never eat there again people were having to wait 17 minutes for their food because they were letting it run out before putting fresh food out

I came here mid day like around 1:30 I sat and read the menu. Because it was my first time there. No one explained it even said hello as I walked in. This is my order coconut shrimp with fried rice I got mushroom chicken in the side to which I asked the server if it was more she didn’t respond I found out when I checked out it was. I didn’t want to be rude so I keep it even though it cut extra. I watched the young woman make my food she was young black girl. she blatantly scooped these pieces of chicken into mushroom bowel did not care one bit! It takes 2 seconds to remove what does not belong that was bad customer service to me because how would you feel if it was you on top of giving me sub par portions of the shrimp won’t be coming back I should have just went to salata!!!! The rice was stale and the shrimp was flavorless horrible

I feel for the employees that work here. They are either understaffed or undertrained because there’s days in which they have long lines going out of the door due to waiting on food. I do not mind waiting, but the people around me sure did. They had 1 person cooking all the entrees and I could tell he was having a hard time with the load of work. The front counter workers were trying their best to balance mobile orders and walk in customers. They were all doing a great job!! I just hope their management can do something about the wait times so that both the employees and customers do not feel stressed during peak times. Last thing, the guy in front of me had a gun on his waistband and he was almost showing it off. I felt unsafe due to this.

Absolutely garbage. Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken, Sweet Fire chicken. Both Chickens tasted like they were recooked from a previous day, the breading on both, just mushy and old. The Beef, Old and Chewy as if it had sat in the heating bin from lunch time and a fresh batch was never made. The Spring rolls were completely mush inside the outer shell, like eating a beetle. And the crab Rangoon was Soo old that the fried egg wrapping around the cream cheese was soft, cold and moist while the cream cheese was old and hard like you would find around the rim of a cream cheese container in your own fridge. Just awful, that this was served. Wife got sick in the middle of eating this disgusting meal.. thanks 👎🏻

And it happened again! I paid for a plate, and there was food missing on my plate!
