Panda Express

This location is absolutely horrible to put it nicely. I am from out of state. The Panda Express from where I’m from is always fresh and tastes great. My friend who lives here has been telling me Panda Express is so bad. I didn’t understand why they believed that until today. I ordered my go-to: a bowl with fried rice and honey sesame chicken. The rice was so hard I almost broke my back tooth. There were black speckles all throughout the rice with burn marks on most and a burnt taste. One or two pieces, hey I’m understanding, but this was every single bite. I actually had to spit the rice out of my mouth into the to-go bag it was so bad. I believe the rice was old, extremely burnt, and over cooked which was surprising because I came around 11:20a. It was so hard it tasted like it had not been cooked at all. I could visibly see that the chicken was not fully coated in the sauce, many pieces had sides that were bare. The chicken tasted chewy and dry, not fresh at all. The veggies in the honey sesame chicken were raw. This being their only experience, I now see why my friend thinks Panda is absolutely horrible. Consuming hard and burnt rice is not safe and I’m hoping I don’t get sick.. my stomach has already started knotting up. I never write reviews ESPECIALLY being out of town, but I literally had to. This is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I am truly disgusted and have absolutely wasted my money as I had to spit all my food out. I truly don’t see myself going back to Panda again because this experience truly scarred me.

The food is good, but I would NOT recommend doing an online order, unless you’re okay with them substituting your order with whatever they decide to pick. I ordered multiple meals with Beijing beef, and when I picked up my order and got home, I realized NONE of our meals had Beijing beef. They had run out of Beijing beef and just randomly decided to give us orange chicken for all of our meals instead. The Beijing beef was all we wanted and the whole reason we ordered from here. I would have preferred if they had contacted me or waited until I got there to ask me what I’d like in place of the Beijing beef. Because I would NOT have selected orange chicken as a substitute. I would have picked something else or waited for another batch of Beijing beef to come out. They were also out of sweet & sour sauce. But the employees were very friendly. If I do eat here again, I’ll make sure to place my order in the restaurant so I can make sure I’m getting exactly what I order/pay for.

I forgot how awful this location was and accidentally came again. I ordered online and when I got there 20 minutes later they hadn't even started on my order. When they looked at my order I heard them grumbling and saying are you serious and it really wasnt even a difficult order. Then half of the entree items were out of stock, so I had to choose others. Then I could see all my stuff ready behind the counter just needing to be bagged up, but the girl disappeared for 10 minutes. I asked the other workers to bag it up and no one would even though they took care of at least 4 customers that came in after me. When I got home I discovered that one of the entrees was missing out of the plate and most of the chow mein was gone.They gave me rice without even asking what I would want instead. In addition portion sizes were awful compared to other locations. To top it all off it didn't even taste good like the location I normally go to. There were big chunks of rice as you can see in the pics. When you spend $70 on fast food this is totally unacceptable!!!!!

I sent my granddaughter to buy food and to get some for everybody to drink. I asked for a Sprite pop I was sleeping by the time she got back , I told my granddaughter to remove the ice and put my pop in the refrigerator for later. . Got up went get my pop and it tasted like seltzer water , I been calling panda express to let them know what was going on and they not picking up the phone is 830 and They not picking up the phone that is so crazy. I don’t calls until nine something y’all can’t take a call from a person doing business with y’all, I feel like that is so jacked up, this not the first time this happened before some rice that wasn’t fully cooked .i’m going to stop doing business with ya’ll it’s always something.

Staff was friendly. Was out of my favorite but the sizzlin shrimp was a good replacement. Also ordered super greens , beef & broccoli plus sweet fire chicken . Everything was what I expected
