About Panda Express

Panda Express is a Chinese restaurant located at 5130 S Fort Apache Rd #230, Las Vegas, NV 89148, USA. They can be contacted at (702) 873-2963 or +1 702-873-2963.

While Panda Express has been a favorite for some, recent feedback suggests a potential decline in quality. One customer mentioned that portion sizes appear to be getting smaller and the taste increasingly oily. They also advised caution regarding potential small wooden objects in the food.

On a more positive note, another customer described this location as a great place where they eat often, and they also highlighted the friendly staff.

A recurring point of feedback is the service approach regarding promotions. Multiple customers have found it annoying that staff consistently ask if they want to sign up for the rewards program and if they would like to round up their bill to make a donation. For some, this is perceived as an unnecessary extra step during the ordering process and the primary reason for a slightly lower rating.

As a well-known chain of Chinese restaurants, Panda Express offers a fast-food style service with a variety of popular American-Chinese dishes. This location on South Fort Apache Road is noted for its friendly staff and is a regular dining spot for some locals. However, potential customers should be aware of recent concerns about decreasing portion sizes, increased oiliness in the food, and the frequent promotion of the rewards program and donation requests.

No specific promotional information beyond the rewards program and donation requests was available in the provided reviews.

Always loved Panda Express but it seems to be getting worst. Portions are getting smaller and the taste is getting oily. Make sure you chew your food and watch out for small wooden object

Great place. Eat here Often. Friendly staff too. Only complaint is they always ask if you want to sign up for their rewards and then ask if to want to round up to donate. Super annoying. I just want my food, I don't want to go through all these extra steps. That's only reason 4 and not 5 stars

I ordered 3 bigger plates pick up online, and this was all i got. Thise pictures in individual were the 3rd items. The beef broccoli had 4 pieces of broccoli and 1 piece of beef. The fried rice and chow mein was so little. Not worth it to buy again. I hope the manager and all the crew please put yourself as a customer while you're serving. If you think you're happy then your customer will be happy. But if you are giving this kind of treatment just because its online order and no one will see it unless you open it and check before you go home. You will feel the same sadness and regret why you order online. So for all out there who wants to order online, DONT ORDER IN THIS LOCATION!!!

A girl gave me the last lil bits of orange chicken instead of waiting and now I have hard kernels. The staff specifically set it to the side cause items were low. What possessed her to fill my plate up with crumbs. Hard crumbs at that. VERY PISSED WORST PANDA EXPRESS ASSOCIATE EVER , however the rest of the staff or team were great. But I will not be returning to that location ever again. Food is very dry.

They have great food, but what is the point of having new hours, opening at 9 am, and you visit after 10 am, only for 4 or 5 dishes to be available? All others not available because it is not busy? How about just saying it's open with a limited menu?
