I'm pretty sure the Sloth works here. Every time I mobile order it's never ready even 10 minutes past it's estimated time. Also had a run in with the manager in the past who didn't want to prepare the mobile order claiming they never received it even though he was able to print out the entire order through his system. He claimed he could see the order but could not prepare it even after I showed him my email, the order in the app, and my credit card charge. He also started to act aggressive and said he didn't have to give me my food that I paid for. I was polite the entire time with the cashier and she went to go get the manager to see why the order wasn't coming through their end. He told me I had to wait even though the order was supposed to be ready at 6:50 and it was already 7:15. I don't even know why I keep ordering from here. Literally the worst panda express I've ever been to and probably the worst fast food place.

Ashley helped us. We ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl. I asked for broccoli she said no. So I asked for greens and she said it didn't come with it. So I accepted the order and went on to look it up to see that it DOES come with it and went back through the drive through to ask for what come with the bowl and she said with attitude that she verified that I didn't want greens which never happened and that I would have to wait 12 minutes for any kind of veggies and to wait in parking for drive thru. I instead came inside and there were plenty of vegetables ready. I don't know what the big deal was to give me what I paid for and I don't know why she was consistently so rude when we were never rude to begin with. I will never return to this store. People like Ashley ruin businesses.

Update 10/2 In my recent visit to other Pandas, I realized this is the most modern Panda franchise that I've ever seen. Therfore I'm pumping it back up to full 5 stars. We placed order last week through the online app from Mobile Tuesday, and the pickup was easy. People here are nice, especially the Asian guy who is always friendly to greet everyone. He is very responsible and tried to look up my "missing order". In reality, it was because my sister put it under a different name. But I appreciated his efforts! It makes you feel that they care about the customers. Old Review: Believe it or not, being a Chinese, the Panda Express is my favorite to go place in the suburbs. I really like their Kung Pao Chicken, and a variety of dishes to choose from. It's pretty decent quality food. I even bought a few dishes for my birthday one year. They used to have some service problem, but seemed to have improved. They have a charity box for children's hospital at checkout. If you have a few dollars to donate for a good cause, it's quite convenient.

Waited for the kung pao chicken and the young lady had my plate she put the dish in and the heavy set woman reached over my plate grabbed the spoon and scooped all of the large pieces of chicken for her guest plate of food. I got mostly sauce and the small pieces of chicken that was in the bottom of the pan. Very unprofessional of that employee. Her guest was behind me. I asked for the greens and the young man was scrapping the bottom instead of getting another pan that blew my mind. I had to tell him give me the big pieces of the broccoli. Big turn off!!!! Even though you are preparing the food you don’t reach over the other servers plate of food I should have left at that point. I’ll go to Walmart and get a frozen dinner before I go back there.
