Met with a very rude worker when I was simply giving my husband’s name for an online order. Definitely wont be stepping foot in this location ever again Came home and found they gave my husband 2 pieces of orange chicken…..

Continues to disappoint with online ordering through the Panda Express App... AT LEAST 4 times the same thing has happened.. I walk in a few minutes AFTER the estimated pick-up time, give my name, and then watch as they take care of people in line before they ever start preparing my order. I don't leave until 10-15 minutes after I walk in. I understand it's an estimated ready time for a reason, but why even bother with an online order if it's literally faster to go through the line?! This location needs to prioritize orders better.

Bigger than most panda express. Not a lot of seating options that are clean unfortunately. Had to clean my own table, but I've experienced much worse I guess. The only issue I had other than the table cleaning was we were asked to move our car because of their delivery truck couldn't get food inside the door. Then why the hell do you have parking right where I parked? I shouldn't have to stop eating my meal because your delivery truck can't get past where it needs to. That sounds like a store layout problem not a me problem.

For the most part all was good. They tried to be helpful with our food allergy but had a lack of info on hand and were busy so we had to wait to look it up on our phone. Food was good. The tables were not clean but again it was busy so understandable.

My experience here was good. Staffs were friendly and courteous. Some of the food wasn't ready as they were just opening as we walked in but they cooked the food fast. I liked teriyaki chicken and blazing bourbon chicken. Fried rice tasted fresh and good, too. The beef broccoli was bit salty and the broccoli was bitter, though. But I would go back here when I crave Chinese food.
