I had a really disappointing experience at this Panda Express after they changed their staff. After multiple visits where the portions were smaller, no utensils, no bags. I went in to order one plate (one side and two entrees). When it came time to pay, the lady asked if it was a bowl. I misunderstood and ended up paying $9.64 upfront while waiting for my order. I suddenly realized that was less than I usually pay, so I informed her. She then made me pay an additional $11.30. After receiving my order, I noticed that parts of my original payment of $9.64 had not been refunded or processed. I then wait till they have no customers in line, come and kindly asked her if a refund could be made. Instead of understanding, she blamed me for the mistake and only refunded me $5.98. In the end, I had to pay nearly $15, when it normally costs just around $13. Why they made it so complicated? Why don't just refund the first payment and process another? I come there just to order a meal, not for their employees to mess up with my money. Especially since I've been a loyal customer from my first year in college, I will never coming back. They should have absolutely retrained their employees.

This has to be the worst Panda Express location I’ve ever been to. Every time I order, the food quality seems to be getting worse. Sometimes the chicken just tastes old and not fresh. But my tipping point with this particular location was when I found a piece of scour sponge in my bowl of Kung Pao chicken and fried rice. After seeing this, I just could not finish my meal, which I barely ate out of. I post this not to scare anyone, but to make people aware of the risks when buying at this location.

This is the best Panda Express in Chicago. They give nice portions and the food taste good, literally everything. The manager i think she is the manager she has finger waves she’s always nice to me and tells me how things taste. If i eat panda i go to this location because it’s the best.Go right when they open because the students be line up to eat.

They got my order wrong. Im not sure whos fault it is. Maybe its the fault of that lady who’s extremely rude who takes the orders or the new girl who put me like three pieces of orange chicken and a pound of the meat i didnt ask for. The cashier is super cool and she calls everyone baby. Maybe she got it wrong im not sure. But yeah idk i didnt go back because last week i witnessed that rude one screaming and gaslighting a girl when she said she didnt order something so i didnt bother.

This is the worst Panda Express, the chefs are not well trained. The only entree they know how to cook is orange chicken ( since it's easy), and teriyaki chicken the rest are bland and watery. The Kung Pao chicken is so bad I had to throw it, it's watery like no flavor.
