SCAM ALERT DO NOT patronize this location. I wish I could give zero stars! I went there to get my daughter a kids' meal with sesame chicken and fried rice. A female employee who had been there for just 1.5 weeks told me they no longer offer samples, despite having given us one last time. I accepted this and ordered the kids' meal. At the register, she asked what drink I wanted, and I chose a fountain drink, which should be included with the kids' meal. However, she overcharged me by adding the drink as an extra item. The manager, who was very incompetent, seems like a scam artist came over and said he had to call his manager to address the issue. Instead of correcting the mistake, he made a lame excuse and lied saying it was the girls first day told me to contact customer care. When I did, customer care was shocked that the store wouldn't just refund my money. I waited while they tried to talk to the manager, King (pictured b, who then asked me to leave the store without any explanation. They even called the police on me, and when the officer arrived, he was confused by the situation and advised me to dispute the charge with my bank and even gave me a police report number to give to bank. I left without the food, money or an original receipt, and they gave me a hard time over their mistake. SCAM Do not eat here!

Fast, Good, Inexpensive And Undercooked Broccoli In the age of rising fast food prices, Panda Express is still reasonably priced. The service was efficient even though most of the staff seems to change at every visit. Unfortunately there is the matter of undercooked broccoli. Alas, this is consistent on nearly every visit. I know there is a rush to keep the food trays stocked. But, please fully cook the vegetables!!!

They give such small portions but charge so much just for a bowl. It’s not worth the money.

my taste buds were not whetted by the food, the taste was not bad but far from good, food without seasoning, noodles too dry, meats without flavor, chicken spring roll without seasoning, vegetable roll was ok, sachets could be delivered of soy sauce to help with the flavor.

Panda Express service is exceptional 99% of the time just like today. Food was prepared correctly and at the right temperature. More chicken could be in the Black Pepper Chicken instead of so many onions. Other than that my three plate was delish. See you next time Panda!
