Panda Express

I’m truly upset. I stopped by panda around 830p - for a quick yummy bite to eat, arrived home I opened my bowl to find I literally had less than 1/4 cup of chicken in my bowl. This is INSANE. I literally paid for rice & I know it’s not like “they didn’t notice” people are coming home hungry trusting that you’ll give them what they paid for and this is 100% BS. If I wasn’t 15min away I’d drive back up there and complain in person / get my moneys worth but for now I hope this review gets to the people working tonight & you guys do better bc I’d be glad to pay for a sufficient amt of food I ordered but this is just pure laziness to not make more or you shouldn’t be working there bc you obviously don’t know how to serve.

This is my first time eating at this specific panda location and I honestly enjoyed my visit. I'll start with customer service ------------------------------ I was given a short greeting with a complete lack of emotion and a refusal to smile. I was not given any attitude, it just was not a pleasant interaction. On the other hand, the manager and cashier were extremely pleasant and had nothing but seemingly genuine smiles. Food quality ------------- I got a plate with half and half chow mein and fried rice. My entrees were Beijing beef and sweet fire chicken. I was surprised at how fresh and tasty everything was. Definitely five star food quality. I am impressed. Atmosphere ------------ Dislocation was extremely clean, and smelled great!

If you have never been to any Panda, this review isn't for you. I'm grading this panda against the chain standard. In other words, we are talking about fast food Chinese food, not fine dining or authentic. This location has well above average food, service, and cleanliness for a Panda Express location. The food is almost always fresh in the tray and thus tastes better. It's sparkling clean as well. If I have a hankering for Panda Express, this is my go to. My only minor gripe is that most pandas have coke zero in the soda fountain and this one doesn't, but since that's just my personal preference, it would be unfair to dock them any stars.

This location is hit and miss. Arrived here at 9. They close at 10 but they are already cleaning up and not cooking any food and only have very few things available. That doesn't make sense. When ordering delivery, I usually order the family meal and the containers are not full most times. It can be frustrating at times.

I really have bad experience today! I usually come to this place at least once a week! At least It’s not enough for them raising the price. Giving you a smaller plate. And today, the manager giving you even smaller portion I don’t agree to that You always should serve the same person does not matter if he’s a manager or not! I’m disappointed and I’m not coming here no more!! 👎👎👎
