I don't know really how you could spruce up a fast food place.As far as atmosphere goes, it was cdean.And I think that's all that matters, They don't really wait on you.They bring the stuff around the it's like a self serve like a buffet. However we did catch a couple of workers out in the cafeteria area and ask them to do something and they both did it very nicely. The food they have a wide selection, but most of it has the hot jalapena on it, showing you that it's really hot.I can't handle really spicy stuff.So some of that stuff that they make spicy?I'd like to see it's counterpart without spiciness. But their food is consistently good. Not the very best in chinese food but it is good.

First time at Panda express. Had carry out. Food wasn't bad but was nothing you couldn't get a better version at a mom and pop Chinese restaurant. Service was very good. Prices were a little higher than I feel were justified.

Terrible customer service today. Went inside and ordered. Customer came in after and ordered. We both had to wait for the same side which was no big deal. While waiting a couple came in and ordered. The same worker took all our orders and had them in order to be made. Me, next customer than the couple. This worker was great. Another worker brought the side up and stayed to fill orders. She looked at them all and than proceeded to make the couples food first. I waited to see if this worker would stop and realize what she's doing and no other worker said anything to her. She continued with the couples order. I than said to this worker "you can cancel my order. Myself and her were here first but you are making their food first. Again cancel my order'. The worker didn't know what to say. I walked out.

This was my 2nd time here, but all the food was luke warm, the workers didn't seem like they wanted to be there and I don't understand why I can't get a bigger cup for water so I don't have to get up to refill those baby cups. I don't drink soda and haven't for over a decade.
